Very very dishonest employees, please please read all the paper work before leaving the store, they are very slick and dishonest. Salesrep told me S8 plus comes with screen protector and case, for $33 a month. I asked her couple time to make sure the monthly installments will not increase and she it will not but when she printed the paper it was all lie so please makes sure you check and read everything before you walk out of the shore because they are bunch of crooks, also l they talk to each other in Spanish thinking customers are dumb its part of there scam

Worst Tmobile store Ive ever been in. Customer service is horrible and certain store representatives are rude beyond belief. They had specific instructions to follow from the customer care dept and refused to read the notes or call store support like they were being instructed. Rep flat out told me there was nothing they could do and they dont have a store support to call. If I could give them less than 1 star I would

Friendly helpfull staff at this location. Very professional with a clean store, and working demo models. Had to unfortunatly leave them for AT&T due to poor out of state coverage and high prices, but never once had a problem with local store support or service coverage. Helpful and friendly even during the exit process.

Great location, dont pay attention to other bad reviews. Since the moment I walked in I was greeted by two very friendly ladies and a guy. Max who was really knowledgeable about the products assisted me and was super helpful at setting up my new iPhone 7 +. Will only go to them for future transactions.

This is an authorized reseller and not an official T-Mobile store. They had a rack with discounted items with an additional 30% off, I picked up a case listed for $9.99. They ring me up for $19.99 and tells me they wont adjust price. Bye Felicia!
