I had a terrible interaction with a woman who works here on 11/15 and will not go back. I was there hoping to return two cases I bought 15 days ago. I found out I was one day past the return deadline and they wouldnt budge on it. Very much a bummer but I understand its their policy and that the woman who works there isnt looking to jeopardize her job for what would amount to be a favor for a stranger. However, some stores actually have good customer policies and would make an exception for a long-time customer who had just purchased two phones in the last few months, so I asked for store credit. No go, but she did say we could call customer service and ask them to authorize a return even though we were outside the return period. So I did. And, not only did the woman at the store backtrack but she had a terrible attitude over it. I hate to say anyone is lying so lets just say she misrepresented what she would do to help us have a positive experience. In the end, we ended up with an apology bill credit from the lady on the phone because she knew what we were dealing with, two cases we dont need but are in perfectly re-sellable condition, and a horrible experience with AT&T because of this one person. A total shame considering the woman in the store could have resolved this simply by being pleasant instead of telling us something she had no intention of following through with, and because Ive mostly had positive experiences with them, including one two weeks ago when I got my new phone from Kindell. Even he couldnt save us from this womans nasty attitude.

I spent some time with two sales people regarding an upgrade to the S7 Active. While they were helpful in getting me step, they asked if I wanted a screen protector. One of the things I liked about getting the Active was that I would have to spend money on a case or screen protector because it should already have that as a "rugged" designed phone. The salesperson said no it is not a rugged screen and I still should buy a protector. I was shocked but since they had already deactivated my old phone I couldnt double check the specs while waiting so I bought it. They were sloppy on installing the screen protector, it has a bunch of bubbles that have persisted for over a week now but the military sent me overseas a couple days after my purchase so my new phone just looks a mess. This morning the phone slide off a table to a hard floor (3 ft) and the screen protector is all chipped up on the edges. Checked CNET and a bunch of other review sites and they all talk about how S7 Active has Gorilla Glass (my old phone survived for 3 years and many many falls with no screen protector and no cracks) AND a polycarbonate protective surface to make it more shatter resistant. Thanks for misinforming me salespeople, upselling, and giving me a screen protector less durable then the screen itself. Since AT&T does not have stores in the country I am deployed to right now, Im taking this broken screen protector off now and hope to get a refund when I get back to Arlington. Thanks.

This store is scam store, dishonest and untruthful staff. I called the store to buy iPhone 7plus. They said they have it, came in they said iPhone 7 plus didnt come out yet. Ask us to order, so the phone can ship home. Then open business account for us. We stop the sale person, we dont know anything about the account, why do we need to open. She said I can explain to you later after open account. Wth.. How anyone can open anything without knowing anything about it. She also recommend us to buy insurance incase the phone is lost or stolen during the shipping. We agree. And today we receive the text from AT&T state that insurance is not cover for any phone with activate the SIM of the phone. Sale person is such a con artist. Hopefully the company didnt train their staff like that.

I have been disgusted with AT&T since I started receiving wireless bills for an account that I did not utilized. I ordered service with AT&T back in May, but immediately cancelled my order after deciding to stay with Verizon Wireless. I never paid for my mobile device, nor did I utilize their services. I started receiving wireless bills in June and immediately contacted AT&T and the store manager of the store I selected to pick up my device from. Both parties informed me the matter was taken care but it was not. Now I am being contacted by a collection agency stating I owe AT&T $305.58 for an early termination fee. If I was considering ever having service with AT&T, I am definitely not considering them now. Consumers beware.

Terrible store, terrible service, complete lack of competence and service. The screen of my Iphone 5 went black. I did read on the internet that this may be a common problem for my type of Iphone and there were some clear instructions on how to restart the phone (not the normal process). I went to the store, told them the problem, and they started me filling an insurance claim without even looking at the device. I went to the Apple Store across street, and they restarted my I phone in no time free of charge (although I have no warranty and I bought my phone from AT&T). I went back and they would not even help me withdraw the insurance claim, so I end up being charged 149$. Terrible service. Avoid this store.

We visited this location to exchange a BOSE Bluetooth speaker we gave someone as a gift. The speakers packaging was previously opened, it didnt come with warranty or product information, and the charging cable was missing. We walked in, waited a few minutes, and the guy who helped us simply took back the item we purchased and gave us a brand new one. This was the service we were expecting and the service they delivered. I think having to wait a while is par for the course with these cell phone retail stores, but at least the service was exceptional. Thanks!

Rude and not well informed about the services they provide, even attempted to mislead me by claiming HSPA service is another name of LTE which is incorrect and speeds are significantly different. Kept telling me that I just want to argue whenever I corrected their false claims. Also, a "bit" and a "byte" are not just different pronunciations. People who work at a place that provides internet should know and be clear to customers. If you dont know the answer to the question, just say you dont know.

I love this AT&T store, and I have been going there for many years. Kindell, my favorite representative, has always been fantastic. He is very customer service oriented and friendly. It is true, though, that many other of the employees are ridiculously poor at their jobs and customer service. Many are very poorly trained and have few social graces.

The store was practically empty so youd think as soon as I walked in there would be people trying to aid me. Nope. Was basically walking around the store until I grabbed an associate attention and before I could finish she was back on her phone. I ended up walking out and going someplace else..
