I purchased an auxiliary cord (overpriced at $14.99) at the Wireless store in Arlingtons Courthouse neighborhood, and as soon as I returned to my desk I had second thoughts about my purchase and decided to make a return. I stop by two days later and the manager and salesperson were very obnoxious, asking why I was returning an item with the packaging/tape still intact and untouched (um, because I can pick up any auxiliary cord for $4-5 at a retail store--not that its any of their business), charging a 20% restocking fee for an unopened box with receipt (the receipt states that the restocking fee is for for wireless devices--since when is an aux cord a wireless device?) and generally displaying poor customer service (checking over the box multiple times in front of a customer to see if it has been opened, etc.--very professional). During my visits here I have seen the store sparsely populated (I was the only customer), and I see why they were disappointed in those who decide to make returns when business is not bustling. Nevertheless, consumers are allowed to return a product that is found elsewhere for a better price and the 20% restocking fee on unopened items was a shady move on their part. I may have stopped in her for just a cord, but my negative experience ensures that I will not return for a phone/other electronics purchase. Not recommended, and Im lucky that I only lost out on $3.

I had a phone issue and wanted to get it resolved but all other stores in the area were closed as it was Easter Sunday. I was surprised that this store was the only wireless store that was open for business. The sales rep. first tried to get my phone fixed, then talked to the VZW technician over the phone but when it was confirmed that my phone was damaged beyond repairs, he helped me with a new phone which he even sold to me for less than the price listed on the VZW website. He also helped me with setting up my new phone. I also spoke to other customers in the store while waiting for the phone. One of them told me that hes been coming to this store since 2000 because the sales reps are always so helpful. The word he used for them was "awesome" and that he is one of their many satisfied and loyal customers. I was surprised that this store is in business for past 13 years. Well, I felt responsible to write a review for them. Their customer service skills are exceptional and I think that really needs to be appreciated in todays world. The staff is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. They also helped me save some money on my bill plus get additional discount on my bill. I am going to tell all my friends and family to go there and take advantage of their skills!

Mohammad and Sadiq are two of the friendliest small business owners Ive ever encountered. They make for a dynamic duo, working harmoniously together to offer their customers the best service they can! I needed to purchase a new phone, and Sadiq carefully explained the variety of options they offered, while calculating where and how I could save money. In addition to making a few calls and arranging my family plan in such a way that I could participate in the "Edge" program despite the extra work it asked of them. It is evident that going the extra mile to satisfy their customers needs is a priority of their business. Not only that, but Sadiq helped me choose JUST the right phone cover/ screen protector and was courteous enough to put them on my phone while I was away. Lastly, they considerately reprogrammed and updated my new phone while I ran next door for an appointment and had it wrapped up and waiting for me upon my return. I gladly support this Father/Son operation because they are honest, hard-working, and kind-hearted people who know their business well and deliver! I recommend you bring them your business without reservation! If only every other business I frequented were as kind as these gentlemen!

My husband and I happened upon this store while walking down Wilson Blvd. We stopped at this store to look for screen protectors for Samsung phones that we recently purchased at a different retailer on Lee Highway. The personal attention and customer service at this store were outstanding. In addition to helping us select the right screen protectors for our phones, they helped change the settings on our phones to reduce the rate at which we were gobbling data (something the Lee Highway store didnt even bother to mention to us) and reviewed our plan to make sure we were getting the best deal. I would highly recommend this retailer to anyone in the Rosslyn-Courthouse-Clarendon-Ballston area. I have been to all of the Verizon retailers in the area and this one by far is the best.

Last night I went into Wireless Zone for a simple phone upgrade after mine croaked. The easy request turned into a lengthy ordeal because of a mistake on behalf of Verizon (its important to separate your frustrations with corporate Verizon from small business Wireless Zone, who are middlemen often fighting on behalf of their customers). Mohammed worked with us and for us for 4.5 hours on a Friday night and remained on the phone with Verizon HQ insisting on figuring out our issue for 3 hours after the store closed. Mohammed stuck with us, gave up his Friday night, and in the end we succeeded in upgrading the phone. I cannot think of the last time Ive gotten such dedicated and helpful customer service. If youre in need, these guys have to be your first stop.

I went to this store to get some help activating a phone on my account. They tried to charge $25. I talked to a verizon representative online, who walked me through how to do it myself. It took 2 minutes. The people working in this store led me to believe they had to go through quite a complicated process and that $25 was the standard charge. And it might very well be for this franchised verizon reseller. But to not inform a verizon customer about his legitimate options is deceitful. It makes me wonder how else they attempt to rip off the consumer. Dont go through them. Go to the effort of calling verizon or going online to save money and frustration.

I bought a phone from a different store but the staff was so helpful in walking me through the features on my phone. What I really liked about this store is that even if you dont purchase from their store, they are always ready and willing to help answer any questions you have on purchasing wireless technology. I have gone to them so many times because it was my first smartphone and that too an android...but never did I get any rude response or ignorance as in some other stores. I am their fan and all my friends and family go there !

The worst internet service on Earth! They failed to send the modem, so it took over a week to get connected. They spelled our name wrong then disconnected the service when we called to change it. We were charged the $75 installation fee twice. The telephone customer service is full of polite people who can do absolutely nothing. Our service was shut off for no reason, and after an hour of inept customer service we gave up. Trust me, you do not want Verizon. Run while you can.

Store told me they had my phone in stock, ran me through a lot of numbers while the one employee complained the whole time. Got passed off to another employee who then told me phone was not in stock. Wasted my time. If I wanted to wait two days I would have ordered online! Avoid the jive they serve up at this location!!!
