Save yourself the trouble and make the 15 minute drive to mechanicsville verizon. Went to this store and the owner messed up my account by adding an extra phone line. After realizing that he had not removed it after being assured that it was removed, it seems I am stuck with an extra $40 phone bill. The owner is now dodging phone calls. To make it worse I know of someone else that he has done something similar to.

The customer service at this store is by far the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon Wireless store. (10+ year customer BTW) Ashlee not only far exceeded my expectations, she was also highly recommended by a family member who she helped the week before. Great experience! Its nice to finally have a local Verizon store with a great, knowledgeable staff!!

Had the best experience at this store today. It does not even compare to the other Verizon stores in the area. The staff are wonderful and are very educated on there products. I will recommend this Verizon to all of my friends and family. I will be returning to this store for any of my cellular needs.

Stay away! ANGIE does not know what customer service is! She is lude and rude! If the ower LARRY dodges phone calls as stated in the first review by Nick, I am pretty sure he wont get rid of her! So save yourself the trouble and go to Mechanicsville!
