Do not go here period. This is a long review and you will understand why shortly. Your best bet is to use your phone insurance and get a direct replacement or get your phone screen fixed through your cell carrier provider. AT&T will send you a replacement phone for $99 or send a technician to you to repair your phone for $89. Verizon offers pretty much the same. All cheaper than what you will pay at Zagg. The first catch with Zagg is the price. On the website they say around $69. BUT when you go in an actual store its $110 AND UP! This is because they are franchised and not a chain therefore they can each charge their own price. And the price varies on the model phone you have (i have and iPhone 6s and it was 139.00). Second catch is the technicians themselves. They are like car mechanics. Some better than others and some not good at all.(Tim) The guy who repaired my phone lost a screw, didnt put the screen properly in the bezel causing it to crack a few days after get repair. I went back only for him to tell me they didnt keep spare parts around so I had to come back and check in a few days if they had a replacement screw. Ridiculous. Not to mention as soon as I left the speaker and front camera wouldnt work. So they had to "replace" the camera and Speaker cord for an additional $39. Third catch is the screen itself. It is not the same quality as your original. Colors will be off, auto dim is not the same. And sensitivity is worse. The next day the phone screen wouldnt lock or shut off when making calls. I decided to go to Zagg in Tysons Corner to see if it would be a difference in service. They did replace my screen for free after I told them what was happening because its under warranty. Sadly the phone stopped working 2 days after that so I called AT&T to get a tech to come repair the screen and he did. Met me at my job and replaced it in about 15 minutes. Has been working great since. And the quality of the screen is like the original. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT USE ZAGG.

Firstly, dont dare to come here on your 12p lunch break and dont expect this "franchisee" to honor the rates posted on the ZAGG site (which is linked on google maps) to replace the iPhone 6s screen. So my story, I arrived at the store at 1145a and there is a sign posted that they will be right back. So I figured, ok they went to lunch, so the wife and I go next door to Panera to get lunch. I call the store several times in hopes dropping off the phone while were lunching. Finally a guy answers at 1255p and says he is just going out to lunch and it will be about 10min as he needs to go next door to get food. I asked if he replaces iPhone screens, told him Im next door and that I can drop the phone by but he brushes it off and says that I should just come back in 10min. I said ok Ill be there in 10min. Hes not there and I wait till 115p. I go back to Panera, the wife and I leave at 125p and as we pass by the guy is eating his lunch at the the register. I show him the phone and he wants to charge almost double $200 to replace the screen. I was shocked because the linked Zagg site charges $119 to replace IP6+. So I asked him if he would honor the site listed price for repair. He then gave the excuse that their franchise is separate from Zagg and would not honor the online price. I asked why, and he tried to explain that I had the 6s and the repair site price was for a 6+ despite the fact that there were only prices for the iPhone 6 and 6+. I feel the gentleman was a subpar representation for the Zagg company. The office has zero traffic and didnt have any people in the store so Im unsure why this gentleman did not want to earn my business unless this franchisee doesnt care about customer service. I have purchased numerous Zagg products since my iPhone 3s and have been pleased with their products. However, Im not so inclined to do business with this company and its franchisees if this is the standard level of customer service I can expect. Sincerely, Former Zagg supporter

I went in originally and was told they didnt have the part, but I could order it and bring it in, they would replace it for $25-30. However when I brought the part and phone in they charged me $60. The front facing camera was not placed in correctly and now takes pictures facing the right. Finally, the screen must not have been put on correctly because it cracked in front of me while sitting on the table during dinner. I called to speak with the manager to express my dissatisfaction with the services because I normally would rather take care of things then write a bad review, and the manager hung up on me; the screen is coming off the body of the phone which means they didnt put it on correctly. Please do not go here.

My S4s screen got cracked when I was in school, because zag store nearby my school, I decided to go there and she gave me a lot of suggestions in order to repair my old phone. Then, I bought spare parts from online and she helped me to change them and recommended me to protect my old S4 with zag screen protector to avoid the previous accident happen. I went into ZAGG to get a warranty replacement for my screen protector and Jeffs service was superb. I needed my phone for work and he was able to replace the screen protector in under a minute. He showed me a great variety of phone cases, one of which I purchased during my visit, and now I have an extended battery case by Mophie. If you work in the area or are in the neighborhood, Id definitely recommended you stop in!

Jeff was awesome, good communicator, fantastic customer service experience today. My iPhone 6 had a very broke screen, kitchen plastic wrap holding it together. Dropped the phone off this morning and they quickly repaired, added optional glass shield at my request, and even helped identify and resolve a sensor issue, spotty charging problem.

I have had to turn to Becky at Zagg three times in the last year and a half. Its unfortunate, but its fortunate in the sense that I couldnt ask for better professionalism and excellent customer service. My cracked phone is fixed in an half hour and I never experience any problems after! This is truly top of the line service!

I was across the street at a conference and my phone was in dire need of a charge. I snuck out to visit RadioShack, but passed this place on my way, and went in. They had exactly what I needed, and the guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Better service than Ive ever had at a phone or electronics store.

Becky is the best! She applies an invisible shield like no one I have ever seen! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and has the utmost respect for her customers. I have been a ZAAG customer since I started using iPhones and she is a big part of the reason why!
