TERRIBLE!!! Customer service, a couple of days ago my Dad visited this store to paid his bill, he also ask the representative to check the settings on his phone since the videos Couldnt play and they kept showing an error message. After checking the phone the guy decided to replace the defective device, then he ask my dad to come back in two days because they didnt have the galaxy 6s in stock. But surprise we received a refurbished phone through the mail. They had put the claim through our insurance. When the phone is only 4 months old and still under manufactures warranty. Today I acompany my Dad to try to understand the situation, we ask to have the claim through the manufactures warranty and he REFUSED to, We been told that t-mobile doesnt deal with samsung manufacturers warranty and he also sent us to the samsung store or to call the company. At this point We were so disappointed because he had LIED to my Dad and process the claim WHITOUT his PERMISSION , so I ask for our final statement and he REFUSED to print it because he said he couldnt print pdf files. So my final request was to cancel my account and he REFUSED too and sent me to call customer care. And by the way my Dad is not even authorize to make any changes on the account. I Am but they didnt even bother to ask for my ID. So this means that ANYONE can walk into This store and have access to my personal information.

Hello, Im writing the email because i had a issue with the tmobile store on Hamilton street in Hyattsville MD. I called the store at 12:03 and spoke with a guy name Eric and I asked were any 16gb iPhone 6 were in stock I was told that there were plenty gold ones so I left my home at 12:35 while I was driving I called again because I was 3 mins away just to make sure they still had them Eric stated yes again so I walked into the store in the beginning everything was going smoothly when they realized it was a exchange for a iPhone 5s I had brought three days before Eric and the manager proceeded to the back of the store they come back then all of a sudden they werent anymore left that was okay I left the store at approximately 12:45 then I had my wife to call the store again she was told that there were plenty as a Customer I have never felt a act of discrimination like this while In the store I notice that all of the reps were Spanish and that theyre were all Spanish customers in the store with iPhone 6s if they simply couldnt do a exchange and would have said that it would have been understandable but to be lied to is another.

Apparently, this store has no manager, so everybody gets to act like one. Went in to get family plan and met a lady named Susana (wearing a name tag that says Julio-Asst. Manager). She misquotes a price that was too high, and when I corrected her she tells me that online prices are irrelevant and the store has its own price (not true). I ended up being right, which makes her visibly upset, starts using foul language and refuses (yes refuses) to answer my questions about the plan. As I leave, I ask for her name and she tells me "Samantha" even though someone else had called her "Suzy" minutes earlier. When I ask to speak to manager, she tells me shes the manager (also not true). And from then on, she only spoke in Spanish (which I dont speak). I called the store 5 mins after I left and guess who answered: Susana, who claims the Manager is on vacation.

I wish to make you aware of the excellent service provided on more than one occasion by Mr. Anthony Nunez. I have visited your store at 2908 Hamilton Street in Hyattsville, Maryland and every time time anyone comes through the door they are greeted with a smile and a welcome. He is one of the most polite and courteous young men I have ever met. And, besides being bilingual which is an asset in any customer service environment, he also seems to know the job and the products in the store like the back of his hand. You are extremely fortunate to have him in your employ and should be considered as a model for future hires. Thank you for taking the time to read my email and for employing such a fine, upstanding young man.

i was looking for the iPhone 6 plus at other t-mobile stores and was not able to find any. finally i got to this t-mobile store and they were able to order it and it got to my house in two days. the staff was very lovely and was able to help me out with my needs they also helped me out to find some cute accessories for my phone. Im very satisfied with the service i received.
