4/3/2017: Instead of apologizing for all of problems sales rep Kevin Newsome costed me, he went online and rated my business 1 star....pathetic. 1/30/2017 Update: Just found out that $22.92 monthly deduction for each iphone 7 totaling $1100.16 will not be applied as credit since it is only for CONSUMER account! Not for BUSINESS account.....I sat there for 40 min Every single promotion they advertised to me were not applicable! Worst possible outcome imaginable.....this is absolutely unreal... Have spent more than 10 hours talking to Verizon wireless customer service with so many different problems promised when signed for my business wireless account. 1) Know that this is not a Verizon wireless retailer, they are an independent wireless company! Dont be fooled by the sign. They will charge you separate activation fee on top of Verizon activation charge. At the time, I was told that I wont be charged by Verizon but found out I was charged $140 for my multi-line. 2) Without my permission, sale rep added protection plan for each line totaling around $80 per month. When I went back and ask him why it was added, he bluntly tells me I should have the protection plan for the first month......3) Reason for switching for Verizon was bc of free coverage in North America which I confirmed 3 times with the sales rep. After 1 week use, I received txt msg about roaming charge of $170. Apparently, you need 12gb data plan to have the coverage...which I was told that any data size will provide....4) I was told that I will receive $200 visa prepaid card for each line that was ported in...but received email from Verizon stating "To be eligible for this promotion the mobile number associated with your submission must be activated on a consumer account.", therefore, I am not eligible...With all this false advertisement by the sales rep, I called back to complain and I was told that he would talk to the supervisor and get back to me....1 month passed and not a single call or apology. I maybe very unlucky but I was helped by 2 rep at the time and I cannot believe 2 out of 4 reps did not know plans they were selling and not bothering to fix the problem. Stay away...at least save extra activation charge.

I am extremely impressed with the helpful staff and the overall professionalism of this store time and time again. Recently, my phone was acting up so I called and made an appointment with Erik for an upgrade. When I arrived he was waiting for me, I sat right down with him and we discussed what options I had and what deals were available to me. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything I didnt need, in fact he was able to help me lower my monthly bill to fit my budget and still get the phone I wanted. Erik and the staff here know the business inside and out and truly care about helping their clients. I highly recommend this location to everyone I know.

Andy Nguyen is amazing! Not only is he technically savvy but he is always pleasant and patient. I actually enjoy going to this store, much more than using internet tools or talking to a tech on the phone. He has always resolved any issue Ive had in a cheerful, competent manner. This store is a gem, not as crowded as some Verizon stores, where you take a number and wait. The wait here is not generally very long and the staff makes it worth it.

Wow, best of the best customer service at this location! From the manager to all of the employees I encountered in the store, I received the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. I witnessed other customers also getting the same attention and service I received. Need a new device? Need your account reviewed? Do yourself a favor and find your way to THIS store.

Talked with the store manager (Eric?) about getting a new phone. He didnt seem interested in actually helping me or telling me about different options that were available. He then continued to deliberately mislead me about promotions going on and what the the phone would cost me. What a waste of time. Go literally anywhere else.

An employee quoted me at one price then processed an order without authorization and the plan ended up being $20 more per month than his original quote. He didnt tell me it was going to be more expensive until after the changes were processed and could not be reverted.
