kaitlyn. david and emily have been the best verizon specialest that i have ever worked with from any verizon store learned information about new products that you offer and solved an old issue of recovering pictures and contacts from a damaged phone that I proviously owned before thought my pictures were gone forever . I was the happiest person today because of their expertiest that no other verison stores wouldnt take the time to even attempt and just said there was nothing that they could do. I give this Team in West Point a A+ in every effort to help me Will be the only place that I will shop or if I need any assistance at all I thank you so much for taking the time to help me. made my day

My husband and I went into the store to get help with my phone because it wouldnt update even after a factory reset and the girl working was hanging out with her friend completely ignoring us until we interrupted her conversation (she was not happy about that). When we told her what was going on she told us to go home and call customer support because she couldnt do anything about it, this was after she only looked at the front and back of my phone... she didnt even turn it on. I wouldnt go back to this store if you paid me! I rather drive to Williamsburg.

I have been to the Verizon West Point store several times the past 6 weeks. I have had the same employee David Thompsen provided excellent service. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful with all of the issues I have had with my phone.
