The prices of the phones they are selling arent available on the sales floor until you reveal your account information. They also arent stocking certain items (like the 16gb iPhone SE), which seemed strategically designed to force you into an upgraded model. The sales people were less than disinterested and could not explain their pricing structure in any clear way. But this is Verizon after all, so the behavior isnt too out of step from the rest of that organization. Order online or go with Tmobile or new google fi.

Do not buy phone accessaries from the Verizon store. They will charge you 3 times more than what you would pay on Amazon. When I purchased an iphone 7 from the store, they suggested a protective guard for the phone, and I naively purchased Apple iPhone 7 Gadget Guard Black Ice+ Plus Tempered Glass Screen Protector from the store for $44.99. Amazon sells the same product for $14.95 & FREE Shipping.

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The girl working there was rude, aggressive, confrontational, unhelpful and condescending. She never even tried to help me fix my phone, she didnt answer any of my questions and she seemed annoyed that I was there. I would recommend going literally anywhere else if you want to avoid being treated horribly.

This is an authorized retailer not a proper corporate Verizon store. They charge $25 for a sim card which is free from Verizon and they are still trying to charge $600 for phones that have been out for 2+ years and where newer models are available for that price. Staff was friendly but slow to assist.

Dont buy a phone from here. The staff is completely disinterested in helping you. Service is terrible and doesnt deserve your patronage.
