Very helpful and convenient. They were able to replace my battery on my iPhone 6+ within 40 minutes, despite having a cracked screen (which they kept intact). Batteries and Bulbs Plus wouldnt even touch my phone due to my cracked screen. They were also able to provide me with a store brand 6 foot charging cable for a great price! Theyre polite, courteous, and very intelligent. I highly recommend everyone reading this review choose Cell Phone Zone Denbigh as their number one choice in cell phone repair!

This place was absolutely wonderful. They have the best customer service that I have experienced in Hampton Roads. When I came in I was stressed about my phone. Hasan assured me that he would be able to help me. Hasan took no time at all to fix my phone. Hasan was absolutely great. The prices are the most reasonable that I have found. I took my Next Book tablet to Cell Phone Zone to be repaired. I had tried other places but they could not work on the Next Book. When I took it in to this store they greeted me and told me they could work on it. Before I had time to sit down they had the back off and were working on it. In a few minutes they had it fixed and it was ready to go. I left without paying an arm or leg for the repair. I would highly this store and the friendly people there.

Very fast, Cheap, and good customer service. I had tried going to Batteries Plus, right next to it to get my iPhone 6 screeen fixed. All they did was shake my phone and said they couldnt fixed it because there was something wrong with inside my phone. Didnt even diagnosed it. I had went to Cell Phone Zone , he checked it and said 40 mins itll be ready. There was nothing wrong with it but just the screen. It was done exactly within 40 minutes.

After my s7 edge screen shattered I brought it in and they repaired it, but after a week the lcd started having problems. I brought it back in and they fix it the same day at no charge to me. These guys really know what theyre doing and wont screw you over. I got help from ed who was super knowledgeable. I got my s6 active screen replaced which isnt a usual phone to bring in. Brought my own purchased new screen, he had it done in less than an hour. Cant even tell. Like new.

First, the gentleman that picked up the phone, I believe his name is Ed or Zed, was very rough when I asked prices via the phone. Also the work area is a mess. The front desk looks real bad. I decided to take my repair to another place where they where more polite.
