After having a poor expierance with a compitetor we went to Denver Mattress. We were greeted by Shane within a few minutes of entering the store. We told him what we were interested in seeing and Shane walked us through several versions until we found just the right one. He was very informative, not pushy and fun to work with. When we were pretty sure which one we wanted and then gave us the space to make our decision. Once we decided to purchase Shane took good care of us, explaining financing, their good night sleep policy, and all warranties. He also went over time frames and threw in two nice pillows. Shane was kind, very knowlegable, and friendly. What a breath of fresh air after our recent experience. As long as the delivery goes well, which I am sure it will, we would gladly work with Shane and Denver Mattress again!

Amazing! Such kind good people. So patient with us as we tried many many mattresses until we found the perfect one. I couldnt believe how incredible they were when we were misinformed about needing a box spring. Upon delivery they realized the manager of furniture row had made a mistake and told us the bed we selected did not require a box spring. So Denver Mattress totally stepped up and gave us our box spring so long as we could come pick it up. Who does that? I will absolutely bring my business here again.

Our salesman Shane was Awesome! From the moment we stepped into the building we were taken care of. He offered us pillows to test on the beds and he was attentive and so funny. We had an excellent time shopping for our mattress, Shane is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. He made sure we had all the information about each bed allowing us to make an informed decision.
