Owner treats employees horribly...I was looking to purchase a couch at Hometown furnature in Lebanon, the employee who was assisting me was very helpful. My whole positive experience came to a halt when the daughter of the owner came over to the employee, ripped the binder he was reading to me from out of his hands and began reprimanding him right in front of me, for removing the binder from behind be counter. She then began to talk down to him, and told him he didnt know anything. She in fact didnt know anything and was not able to give me any more information than he was on the special order I was enquiring about. I will never buy from this local business again. No matter what, employees should be treated with respect, especially in front of custemers.

Extremely poor customer service, the quality of the items is complete junk. Had a piece of furniture break after 2 weeks asked for an exchange and received extreme hostility. Will never do business there again, I will tell anyone and everyone I know to not do business there.

This is the best and most interesting furniture store Ive ever been too. It has unique furniture, many other items and a lot of antiques to see. Its worth a visit whether your shopping for furniture or not.
