To preface this email, I do not know if this email should come to you or not but hopefully you will pass it off to the right department so that it does not continue to happen. My husband and I purchased a couch from Daniel Sanders at Furniture Factory a little over 3 months ago. During this time, a glaring issue became obvious. Part of the set we purchased was not currently available but had already been ordered. We were told it could take up to 6 weeks to get it in. We agreed and took the other pieces. After 6 weeks went by, we called and found that it would be 2 more weeks. And again, two more weeks went by with no word so we had to call back in to hear it would be further delayed. This went on for the full three months. We were not communicated with at all and kept getting lied to about length of time. On the last phone call Daniel informed us that the couch was there but couldnt be delivered until the following week and that we would be contacted by the delivery people to set up a time. Guess who showed up unannounced? We actually were on our way out the door when they came. Never once were we rude or impatient so not be met in the middle with an update was a conscious decision on the part of Daniel. We just wanted to be communicated with. That is all. The couch... Well, well have to see what happens because Im pretty sure the edges are already getting soft.

I have purchased a leather sectional called Galaxy, two recliners (microfiber & leather), dining room table, entertainment center and a mattress. I have had issues with the Galaxys leather, but when I have called to resolve it, everyone has been very helpful! Including the leather warranty company. I still continue to have issue with the leather peeling in odd places. I am waiting for another technician to come out and fix it or okay a replacement of the same value, we will see how that goes. I had issues with one of the recliners as well (mechanical part) and Brittany was amazing. They eventually replaced the part after a couple visits from the tech and having it repaired twice, it seems to be better. The dining room set is cheaply made. The chairs feels unstable especially if you weigh over 180 lbs. and have used it over 6 months...scooting back and forth. I did not feel hassled by sales associates when I purchased my furniture and as I stated before the staff is very helpful if you have any issues. I believe you get what you pay for. Purchase the warranty! Its worth it. We are very happy we did.

While in this store looking to get new furniture for my whole house, I was completely looked over when i initially was looking for a living room table set. The one guy looked at me like I wasnt going to spend money, and the other guy on shift literally didnt even look at me while helping me. I immediately left and received amazing service at Rifes next door.

The staff was really nice and not pushy while we were there but my couch I bought from them went down hill a month into owning it and they have already had to come repair it and it is still a pile. If you buy from them make sure you get the 5 year warranty because you are going to need it. I wish I could take this couch back more than anything.
