I needed 2 of the same matching beds for my kids, not hard to comprehend. Same style, same color. Went in on a Friday evening around 8 pm. Was given a good price and then they let me know they didnt have 2 of the same beds I wanted. I was offered a similar style instead. I was told to pick them up the very next day and before I left I noticed the color description was not the same and I asked if that meant the beds were different. He mustve thought I meant the color and not the style. He said they were the same. He did not tell me the Saturday hours, which I forgot to ask about and was already home when I realized this. When I am outside of the "warehouse" on Saturday around 5:30 to pick up my beds I notice they are closed. I thought they would be open as late as the store. Okay, not a big deal, my bad for not asking the hours. But I realize on my receipt that the beds are not the same, so I give them a call and instead of just fixing the issue he got all defensive and insisted he told me the warehouse hours and that I agreed to the different beds. He then said the matching bed will arrive on Wednesday and that he would give me a call. I didnt get a call so I went in store to find out if the shipment arrived. Then he said there is no firm time for shipment arrivals and that if the shipment didnt have the bed, he could give me the bed on display. -_- FIRST of all everyone who orders product knows exactly what they are getting, I order product for a company and I know exactly what I am getting and when. I call today on Thursday and he says there is no damage on the display and I asked if I could just have a refund, I am obviously tired of waiting and dealing with a sneaky salesman. He says they dont normally do refunds. Then I told him I made the purchase under the pretense that I would have them the next day. He said that I knew I was getting two different beds and now I agreed to taking home the display and if I hadnt agreed they wouldnt have gone through the trouble of taking down the display and I couldve just had a refund but I chose the display! He just said they dont do refunds but now I couldve had one if I didnt "choose" to take home the display? He offered to check if the display had damage I never said I wanted it. I just didnt want to embarrass this guy in front of his boss that day. Now he says I must wait until Saturday for his boss to get back and decide IF he feels like doing the refund. So, I have no beds. Paid in full. Cant have my purchase and cant have my refund and have to wait for the 8th day after purchase to speak to somebody other than this schemer. All he had to do was address the issue, didnt need to apologize but simply make it right, instead he tried to talk down at me like it was my fault and said I accept to his ridiculous offers after they messed up. Im going to end up picking up the non- matching beds because Im sick of waiting and my kids havent had a bed this whole week. Make sure you ask a million questions first. The prices they have are pretty good but it is not worth the trouble. Other than that, I just wouldnt want to buy off of this dishonest business. I will be contacting the better business burea and finding his boss number.

This place is absolutely horrible I do not recommend buying anything from this store buy at your own risk. first off if you pay for extra for delivery and installation make sure that is what you get I recieved my furniture early which was fine with me but the driver was being lazy and sis not want to put the furniture in my living so he left it in my garage downstairs so I paid $1200 for Furniture to be left in my garage and plus its ripped this place is so unprofessional the owner Sean and assistant manger fiduel are horrible they are rude and do not know how to talk to people they both actually hung up Im my face this is supposed to be a family owned company who dont give a rats ass about their customers which is really sad because the sales guy who helped me Robert and Jose where wonderful shop at your risk

I wound not recommend this place. I went in looking for a new couch on a Thursday the manager there seemed very nice and very helpful. He helped me find the right couch. I asked about delivery cost he "said $60 and I can have it delivered by Friday" Short store it is now Tuesday and still no couch. I called many times and all they say be patient we have many other deliveries. My problem is dont tell me it will be delivered on a certain day and its not.

Absolutely horrible! From the moment I walked into this place I knew it was sketchy. These werent salesmen but impatient jerks. They didnt ask me any questions about my preferences on sleeping habits, they followed me and watched (literally stared) at me while I tried each mattress then proceeded to ask "is this the one" Yeah I went to Bedmart on lancaster and got a way better deal and amazing customer service! Dont go here!

Just purchased a sectional from Bring it Home Furniture. I have to say that they honestly gave me the best price in town! Received my order earlier than expected which was a plus. My salesperson and everyone that assisted me were both helpful and knowledgeable which was great help because they helped me find exactly what I imagined. Not only do they look perfect they feel great too.
