The staff was very helpful and took quite a lot of time to help me browse options and to inform me of what some of the choices were. They even called a consignment source to see if shed accept a reduced price (it was about to drop anyway) a few days early. The options in some areas are a bit limited, but for most of the most common pieces (couches, dining room sets, etc), there were loads of choices at good prices. And they will look out for pieces for you if you ask, which is also super helpful. Ill definitely look here in the future for any other needs.

Furniture works has an awesome selection of used furniture. We have purchased several items that were true gems. Their prices can be reasonable. I wish I knew about more types of places like this. This place is the opposite of the Goodwill because their stuff is of higher quality. They will look for things that they do not have also.

Staff are very friendly and allow you to take your time in the store without hovering. We never manage to find furniture that fits for us but they do have a decent selection. The prices are okay but sometimes a bit more than I would want to spend on used furniture.
