Horrible..... The bed SET that I ordered (and waited 5 weeks for)......came with a broken piece, after putting together the 1st bed in the SET the delivery man asked me why I had not purchased boxsprings for the bed....knowing that some beds dont need box springs, I didnt realize I needed them. I would think that this is something the sales people at the store would tell me since I purchased the WHOLE SET AND MATTRESSES from them!!!! But they didnt, sooooo, after calling and complaining, I had to pay for box springs and they sent them out next day......when they arrived, they were DOUBLE the size that they were suppose to be to fit the bed THEY sold me! So now I am stuck with 2 childrens beds that sit higher than my own and they need step stools to get on.....When I called to complain and see what they could do, it was put off as being my fault for not getting the right size..I ask, how I am suppose to know what size to get when I am coming to a FURNITURE store!!!! They should know.... NOW I still waiting for the broken part to fix the other bed, which they told me would be here 3-5 business days, now it hasnt even been shipped yet(one week later) and will have to wait until after Christmas....which is still 9 days away...and then of course it is changed to 7-10 shipping days after that!!!! So, a before Thanksgiving purchase has become a New Years HOPEFULL I am a Military wife of a deployed soldier and a mother of four....during this time a year, it is hard enough without dealing with uncaring and unprofessional people!!!!!!! O yeah, and Chris the manager.....so rude and sarcastic!!!!! I do have to say that the assistant manager Karen tried as hard as she could to be helpful....Thanks Karen! I will never deal with them again....and the deliverman said this happens all the time...and I have since heard of others that have bought from them with bad experiences.

Cheap furniture!! I had a problem with furniture breaking down. I bought q brand new couch , loveseat and recliner in march and bought the 5yr warranty, was told that the warranty department would come fix for free if had any probles. Furniture started breaking down called and complained but because of were i lived was not able to get service tech to come to my house, they told me i had to bring it in. I just had knee surgerys and was not able to walk let alone bring it in $300.00 for them to pick it up it up. Got frustrated dealing with tons of stress waited until i started feeling better and finally after 6months they said they would exchange it for me if i brought back the old set so we did. We picked out our furniture plus bought a table to replace recliner. We were told what the extra cost was to cover the table we purchased, paid in full! Feeling great! The next day i called and informed them of the table we purchased it is warpped and they need to replace. they told me after i had everything home and put together that they were removing my warranty if i didnt pay an extra $200.00 because they made a mistake on the price, Factory furniture direct not good service. My momma always said if you buy cheap you get cheap and headaches to go with it. She was right!!!

RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! I bought a loveseat and couch for over two thousand dollars. I asked the salesman where they were made and he stated he could not find out. The center cushion and frame broke in six months and I live alone. I weigh only 155lbs. I was cleaning and stuck my hand between the cushions and felt something sharp and my hand came up bleeding due to a broken frame, loose nails and sharp staples. I purchased a 5 year protection plan for $189.00. When I called to get it fixed the FFD employees were highly unprofessional and initially refused to help. I called MontageFS their warranty company. They refused to help. I went back and forth between these two businesses completely regretting my purchase. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM FURNITURE FACTORY DIRECT OR PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY. These people are frauds and do not sell aa quality product. Turns out my couch and love seat were poorly made in China. Had the salesman been honest with me, I never would have made this purchase. I will never do business with these con artists again.

Needed a new matress bad! But I wasnt in a hurry to buy, money was tight at the time. I dropped in and spoke with Syrena in Lacey store and i actually just was going to look and save up. I got asked the right questions i guess cause i left with a matress, and I love it. I never want to leave the bed now. I was impressed with the professionalism of the lady helping me. She knew i had a budget, but I had no clue that I could leave with a matress the same day! And I actually checked so many places I was shopping around for months, and then boom best price, amazing customer service, they even tolerated my hyperactive toddler and interacted to keep her busy, it was helpful too. If you want a low cost great quality in furniture and service go here. I will never buy anywhere else. The financing options are super helpful too! My next purchase will be a recliner for the living room. And I dont have to wait for a sale, its always a great deal guaranteed! I recommend you guys all the time to friends! Thanks again!

First off, 4 out of 5 of the reviews right below mine are written from employees of this store, so its a no wonder they had such good service. Chris the manager at this store does not understand customer service. I went in there looking to spend upwards of $6000 last night and he asked a person in my party to leave his store (based on personal disdain for my fellow customer) and then when we tried to speak with him he was rude, and told us he was glad to lose our business. Please shop at a store that is local and cares about the customer....Mattinglys, HP Home Furnishings...anything but FFD where Chris the manager treats you like garbage. I will never experience customer service from this location again thanks to him.

if I could give zero stars I would purchased a furniture set and have had nothing but issues with it. They talked me into an extended warranty making me think it was 100% covered for the next 6 years. Wow within the first 6 months had to have it repaired as it started to fall apart and 6 months later same issues rise up again with even more . They give me a number and say well the manufacture warranty is up but heres a number to someplace else , and then proceed to try and tell me how to tell them whats happening so it falls under an accident or an incident when the issue is neither its faulty design!! I wonder how many people I can get together and File a suit against this company .

When we arrived at furniture factory direct in Lacey,WA we were instantly greeted, showed around the warehouse and were given endless options for what were looking for. We found the perfect living room set in our price range, we cashed out, told it was going to take 5-7 weeks for it to show up at the warehouse,well in that 7 weeks my husband lost his job so we could no longer afford the furniture anymore.I called and talked to the store manager and he was very kind and understanding he let us cancel our order which we are very grateful.We will recommend this place to all our family and friends.Brittany from washington
