The short version: Fantastic Staff, no-pressure sales people who are more interested in finding something that fits your needs, rather than making more money, best prices in town, and high quality furniture. This is a family owned and operated business, and when we walked in we really felt like they cared about us. We were very pleased with our experience with Hollywood, and will definitely be going back for future furniture needs. The details: My fiancé and I came to Hollywood furniture to purchase a couch for our new place. We came in about an hour before closing, and not only did they take their time talking to us about each of our options, they ended up staying an hour after their closing time talking to us, not once complaining or trying to shuffle us out. We ended up getting a King Mattress, bedroom set, and built-to-order Sofa. The owner showed us all of his models, even though some were cheaper than the one we had initially liked, just to make sure we knew what our options were. When they delivered the mattress and bed-set they proactively pointed out a very small flaw in the stain of a dresser on the bottom of the back side. I would not have noticed it if they didnt point it out! They immediately told me that they were going to bring out a replacement, no cost. We told them that we didnt really care about the blemish, and they offered to give us a discount on our total order if we wanted to keep it. This was such amazing service! The couch that was custom made came about five weeks later, and weve had so many compliments on how beautiful and comfortable it is. I do not often write reviews, but the quality of the service and products blew our expectations out of the water. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for furniture!

My husband and I recently bought a mattress, bed frame, dresser, and night stand from this store. We are very pleased with everything we got. Compared to other stores, we feel like we got a great deal on the quality of our stuff. The manager was friendly and helpful, but not too pushy. He gave his honest opinion about his inventory and encouraged us to shop around. We began our mattress search at this store, went to about five other places and ended up back to where we started. Our things were delivered within a week of ordering, and we got great service from that company, as well.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Stopped by here because in a pinch I needed to get my guest room put together for some unexpected guests. I was able to pick out a bed frame, boxspring, and mattress and they delivered it to my house SAME DAY. To top it off I did shop around at some other furniture stores and they were about $300-$500 cheaper than other ones I visited who had 2-3 week delivery times. I will definitely be visiting this place for my future needs.

Ive bought furniture from this place 2 different times! (I wouldnt come back for seconds if the first wasnt great) I worked directly with the owners both times. They helped get me what I needed and they were also able to work with my budget as well, which at the time, was a big deal for me. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs furniture. If they dont have it there in house, they have a bunch of inventory that you can view online and have ordered.

Spent well over 4000 at this place .. the quality of the furniture is crap! The canopy bed wont stay tight, the mattress has completely lost all support when it is only 6 months old. The couch has caved in as if it were 20 years old. The pillows on the couch are all coming apart. The items purchased are only 6 months old... we will never return to this low down dirty full of crap place again! Do not waste your hard earned money here!

We bought a queen size pillow top mattress which we paid $199.00. You get what you pay for and because the bed was purchased for our Mexico house, it turned out great and was exactly what we were looking for!! Great service too! We are going back to buy a full size bed for our spare room!

Were very happy with their prices and selection. We were concerned that the sofa would be low quality, as we purchased one out of their magazines. The sofa is well built for the price we paid. Time will show how it holds up. Well shop here again.
