I went into the store with a decent idea of what I was looking for. Ive had a La-Z-Boy sectional for a number of years, and have been very happy with it. I figured Id see what the prices were with the Memorial Day sale. Scott greeted me when I arrived, and he looked up what I had ordered in the past. I described things I was looking for, and he showed me a number of options and ideas. He was very nice, not pushy at all, and helped me zero in on exactly what I wanted. A small bit of paperwork, and we were done. Very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this store for really great service and a fantastic selection.

Awesome shopping experience with Scott and Marilou! They carefully listened and fully understood our living room needs before offering furniture solutions. This included coming to our home to assess how the furniture style, color and fabric would best fit within the overall livng space. Scott and Marilous low-key style, knowledge and objectivity (to ensure we understood the pros/cons of each decision) were all key factors in helping us feel very good about our furniture selctions. Well certainly work with Scott and Marilou again!

Love the no pressure atmosphere and quality service at this store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Of course Im a huge fan of LZB products to begin with, but this store makes the shopping aspect a pleasure too. Ive bought 3 LZB couches in the past 4 years. Two from this branch, one from a different branch. You can be sure Id never use any branch but this one ever again. Double thumbs up in particular to Jake -- ask for him if you go in!

The management and staff at this location were friendly, professional, and took the time to understand our needs. With a baby on the way and a tall husband, we wanted to make sure we found a comfortable recliner for everyone in the family. The staff at La-Z-Boy didnt just find us a good fit, they found us a perfect fit. The delivery drivers were fantastic as well. Very friendly and professional. 5 stars all the way.

Poor customer service on repairs. Our chair has been there for two weeks - and they say maybe they will get to it next Wednesday or Thursday. Repairs will take longer if they need to order parts. Customer service also asked put out that we had called twice in two weeks checking on status. Lane makes a better chair, and is upfront about repairs and repair time.

More expensive than other furniture places, but you get what you pay for. Grown ass adults need grown ass adult furniture. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Maybe a little too hovery for me but Im sure it would be just right for most others. Definetly will come back for future furniture needs but I doubt Ill need any now that I own la-z-boy.

We visited lots of furniture stores in the Portland area and Lazy-Boy was the one that really impressed us. They really listened to us and gave us valuable information and suggestions to decide on the perfect choices for us. Everything was delivered as promised. Made two trips in the make my decision and had a great experience both times. Salespeople are helpful and nearby for questions but not at all pushy. They have a great selection of smaller rocking recliners, perfect for a nursery and more comfortable than others I sat in.
