Terrible customer service. I went in on Sunday to buy a stove due to ours going out. The customer service people were rude and not helpful. They were very crass and curt. I wanted Sears to come back to Albany but not like this. I live in Albany but will be shopping elsewhere. Its sad that people are rude that ruins this for the owner of the store. I work in customer service and if I were to treat my customers like they did to me and my wife I would be fired. I gave one star but if I could I would give no stars. I am not one to just give bad feed back if not just. This happened on 6/5/16.

Came in the other day and was very impressed with this store, both the customer service and the tools I ended up buying were top tier. Came in to browse and left with some tools I didnt think I would find for the price that I did. Will definitely be coming back when it comes time for some appliances! -09/07/16

Absolutely disgusting! The so called "owner," Floyd could bare get off his behind to help. Lazy, disrespectful and couldnt care less. Sorry excuse for a representative for Sears!
