I went in here a few months ago because I absolutely loved one of their bedroom sets they had on special on craigslist. Well they advertised it as $998.00 but in store it was nearly $4,000 because the ad was a lie and was the price for the bed frame only. Below is what I learned about this furniture store first hand being in the store and talking with their staff. Let me give you the skinny on this business. They are liars, manipulators, and crooks. 1. They remove all SKUs from their furniture to avoid you cross shopping them or being able to find a better deal on a brand / line / collection they carry at another store or online. 2. They rename their collections from their original product names outlined by the manufacturer so again you cannot cross shop or find elsewhere. 3. They quote you out 8 weeks or so on your orders because they do not have the liquid capital to order your furniture COD. It actually only takes about 7-10 days to get furniture shipped if they really wanted it in a reasonable time frame. What they are really doing is waiting until they have enough customer orders in line so they can order a whole truck of furniture at once saving them money while never passing on the savings to you and making you wait and become irritated and frustrated. 4. They have a 300% or more mark up on all products in store. If you were to order one of their $4,000 bedroom sets direct from the manufacturer you would probably be spending less than $1000 for the same set. $2,800+ markup and an eight week wait on top of it? Thats disgusting. 5. Family owned and operated is just a way to say they are the good guys, meanwhile they incorporate every con in the industry to keep as much of your money as possible and reduce their costs exponentially at your inconvenience. 6. Excuses to pass the time. They make unbelievable excuses no human would accept who has half a brain to keep your money while they try to buy more time for the large purchase to be made. EX: The ship sank (LMFAO really? what moron would buy this excuse?), there was a manufacturing delay, the plant burnt down, there was a worker strike, hardwoods are unavailable right now. A pirate took over the shipment. UFOs abducted your furniture because it was so nice they wanted it for themselves. This scamming type of business should be shut down. Whatever happend to businesss that truly cared about the quality of customer service, product backing, value, and earning trust. Nah its all about the money. Save your money and dont waste it here on these crooks. Let them go under and support a company who goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and that you return in the future to shop again with them. This is a one and done operation. Oh and one last thing. Carefully check out the reviews posted here. They all carry the same complaints over and over again. Sales staff with absolutely no empathy skills or customer service towards their clients. Delivery deadlines never met. Calls never returned. Check out the unsympathetic "not our fault" "we did everything we could" responses from the owner on the yelp reviews. PATHETIC! He even claims one of the reviews is a competitor, but if you check out his profile he has only reviewed one furniture store. Lies, excuses, blame shifting. Good customer service stems from taking the heat no matter what. Getting it done no matter what. Making it right no matter what. Economical? Manufacturers problem? These are all blame shifting tactics to avoid taking any responsibility or taking care of the customer at the companies cost.

This place is a gem! Im typically not a 5-star kind of person as I consider myself picky but as far as furniture stores go, these guys are pretty good. I stopped in after visiting Dania which is just down the street and Im glad I came across them. The furniture they have is different that what Ive seen around town but in a good way. They have a lot of custom order furniture and seem to focus on being flexible and offering lots of options which makes sense. The store layout is nice and open, not too crowded, and mostly contemporary which is my style. Its not as large as Dania where I had just come from but its still a good size, two levels. The staff is very friendly and not pushy, they have a nice casual atmosphere. I was greeted when I came in and left to browse for a few minutes. They were pretty busy but my salesperson, Kelly, came up to greet me and gave me a quick layout of the store. I told him I was looking for a sectional and he began to tell me all about the options and fabrics available (to be honest it was a little information overload at first). I settled in on a style I liked, chose my fabric and decided to order it. The price for the quality seemed very reasonable, I really like that it was US made and came with a lifetime warranty. I also like the fact that theyre a family owned business, the owner was out helping people even though I didnt get to speak with him. Overall I really like the feel of their store and look forward to receiving my sectional!!

This could be my new favorite furniture store. Price-wise this is no IKEA but I think most of their prices are actually really reasonable. Walking around the store I spotted a beautiful mid-century modern sofa in an charcoal linen full of character. At Hip something like this will set you back 3k-to-5k. This one, however, was marked at $950, a deal I couldnt pass up! Literally, Ive never seen a home furnishings store I thought displayed such good taste. There were furniture pieces with custom fabrics & designs, detailed with awesome accent pieces. They said theyre usually running some kind of sale, which is definitely a plus. Btw - as said in another review, the lack of pushy sales behavior is truly amazing and part of the reason I made a couple purchases. Nobody looked me up and down, nobody followed me around the store or pressured me to buy, but when I had questions they were helpful, charming, and informed. If your taste is refined but not boring, get on your shopping shoes and check this place out

I was recommended by a friend to shop here. With 0 furniture buying experience, I found this place is a great spot to explore if you are looking for a sofa/sectional. They are making custom sofa and sectionals and you can choose the fabric to match your home style. Luckily, I chose a great sectional which has three pillows come with it (you can also choose pillow fabric too). The sectional is not only in great quality but also nicely matching my rug. I am so glad that they have such wonderful options. By the date that the sectional delivered, I found that my sofa is a little shorter than expected. So I went to the store again and ask whether I can order another seat so that it will look better. Fortunately they are able to do that. Such a life saver! BTW, Dani from sales team is a very sweet girl. She helped me a lot in choosing the fabrics and no pushy at all. Will come back again if I need anything else.
