DISHONEST AND RUDE. I came in to buy a mattress with my mom and was very excited about the prices. I asked if they would deliver and if there was a charge. Larry told us that because we lived about a block away, he wouldnt charge us a delivery fee. I found the mattress I wanted and left to get my husband, so we could buy it together. When we returned, we found a sectional sofa that was close to what we were looking for but not the right color. An employee showed us a picture of the other color option which was called "dune" but was gray. I wanted a gray couch so it was perfect but I was adamant about making sure it would actually be gray and was told "its exactly the color of the picture." The couch in the picture was unmistakably gray. I ordered the mattress, box springs, and the sofa. Well my mattress didnt come in until several weeks after the date they promised it would arrive which sucked because I needed it fast. I finally got them to deliver it and was anxiously waiting for the box springs and couch to come. I received a call saying my items had come in and I needed to schedule a time to pick them up and pay for "delivery and assembly" so we went in and talked to them. We reminded them that I had been told I wouldnt have to pay for delivery and Larry got very short cutting us off saying he was "done" talking about anything with us and that he NEVER would have said he would deliver free. He blatantly lied to us. I had him show me the couch before I left to make sure it was even gray and IT WAS NOT. It was light brown and green, nothing like the picture representing it. He says I will not get my money back, the only thing he can do is return the couch and give me half of what I paid for it. This is a business that lies to their customers about their products and services. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS OR GET RIPPED OFF BY THEIR SKETCHY EMPLOYEES.

Buyers beware...Expressions Furniture is a shady company! I stopped in the store with the intention of buying a sofa and love seat. There were two particular models that I was torn between. The salesman (Steve) told me that he would give me the sofa/love seat combo with free delivery if I helped unload and move. I told him I couldnt decide between the two sets so he gave me his card and said to think about it. I did, went back in the next week with cash ready to make my purchase. Of course I had a different salesman this time and when I mentioned I was supposed to get free delivery he refused. Steve was standing behind us so I explained while pointing towards him that he promised me free delivery. In a snarky, half retarded tone of voice he replied, “well that was just a onetime thing, it’s not like I wrote it down paper or anything.” He couldn’t even look me in the eye while he said it…he just kept looking at his catalogue. I rose a bit of a fuss and the salesman tried to bargain with me saying they would do a curbside drop for $29. I told him that was unacceptable because I was promised free delivery. They wouldn’t budge so I left with the cash still in my pocket. Long story short, this company is NOT one of their word and are liars. If they act this way before even making a deal, imagine how shady they would be once they had your money! If a warranty issue came up with the furniture do you think they would help? No way. Stay away from them!

One of the worst shopping experiences ever. They are lairs and cheats. They sold us mismatched table and refused to take it back or exchange it. He yanked my chain for a month hoping that I would go away and then basically told me to get lost. My wife and I bought a table and 6 chairs from them. We came in and saw a set on the floor, then went home, talked about it and decided that it would be fine for now. I called Larry, the owner, at the store to order it. I said, can we just get one thats on the floor for expediency and you guys can replace it when the new set comes in? He was fine with that. Without a second look, we took the set home and set it up. A little later we discovered, under a better light, that the two parts of the table where of entirely different design pattern although the color is someone the same, so it didnt stick out right away. Numerous visits and phone calls ensued. He claimed that he was talking to the manufacturer to replace it. Every time I spoke with him, he would have completely forgotten us and our table and I had to remind him again. Hed give me some off hand excuse again. Then he told me to never call there again and he wouldnt take it back and would do nothing else for us. Thats Larry. Draw your own conclusions.

My wife and I had been shopping for a bunch of furniture pieces since we just moved into a much larger house. After getting snubbed at another furniture store on 99, we were driving home and my wife said we should stop in at Expressions. From the outside, the place looks pretty small and I thought this will either be a joke or a hidden gem. Well Im glad we did stop in since they beat an online price the other place would not and were great about it the whole time. The guy working behind the counter (Steven) turned out to be the son, and the father and mother started the company 20something years ago. We always like supporting small businesses. We ended up buying several more pieces and are looking to order a few more right now. Their showroom may be small compared to other places but they can order anything from their vendors. BTW, to address a lot of the negative reviews I read here, I would not expect to be able to return a piece of furniture just because I ended up not liking it. Were not talking about a defective washing machine here...

Miserable Theyre cheap But thats the level of service youre going to get I ordered a sofa and an automon I was told by larry....the owner...and my sales person 1 week Everything will be here....jus give me a deposit. Ok...I did 4 weeks later...after numerous excuses that were always someone else fault No furniture I asked to have it delivered when it finally arrived . They agreed....for a fwe But then didnt show up Roads not good enough for them Then called...said..."were available to do it right now....." I said...."Im uhh at work" They wont bring the furniture They wont accommodate Especially after numerous arguments about this with numerous people They feel....once they have your deposit They own you And thats where the fun begins If you want to be treated well GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Spend more money Youll actually get your product Today is Dec 24 2016 I still do not have my furniture They will not give me my money back And by they...I do mean the owner....Larry This is not a reputable business

Bad Experience. Went in and found a sofa and mattress I wanted. I wanted the sofa bed version which is locally manufactured and Steve told me he could get it in two weeks but said the mattress was not very good. Steve and Larry were suppose get the bed frame dimensions and look into mattress from a different manufacturer. I made 3 visits to their store; I did not get a call back and when I called, Steve did not seem to know what i was talking about and then very nonchalantly "oh yea, we havent found out anything yet"...it really sounded like he had done nothing nor cared about my business. Then he told me it would be 2 months before I could get the sofa anyway and when I pointed out that he may have mistakenly told me two 2 weeks...he said "it must have been Larry" and "yea this isnt going to work"...I asked "your not going to sell me a sofa", he said no. Immature and seemingly lazy.....promised much and delivered zip.
