SHOP ONLINE!!!! I had been shopping online the night before I came into the store. I had narrowed my options down to a few sleeper sofas but wanted to see them in person. The staff was helpful and listened to my needs. I was able to decide on one that was "on clearance" priced at $799. I was given free delivery as a perk for being an Intel employee. I felt good about the purchase-- until I got home. I checked my email and saw that a sales representative had responded to my online inquiry and the email said that the price of the exact sofa I had bought was only $699. I called the store and asked about it because I was obviously charged $100 more than the online price. They were willing to give me the online price but I was informed that the delivery would no longer be for free. I accepted the new price because it was still $50 less. One would think that the "clearance" price would be the same as an online price or less expensive. The representative informed me that "online shoppers are given the lowest prices, because we know they shop around." I felt taken advantage of. I was called back 15 minutes after that and informed that delivery would be free after all. Im glad they made things right but I did want to warn everyone that if you want the best deal you have to shop online.

Just purchased a recliner. There was a small issue with the chair. They showed me what was wrong before I took it home. They didnt have to do that but it was appreciated that Banner Furniture wasnt trying to pull a fast one on us. They offered to repair it correctly and deliver it for free. Nice customer service. Chair was repaired and delivered as promised. Great customer service with delivery guys too. We wrote a check to the delivery guys. There was an error on the check and Banner Furniture came to the house to have us fix it. Again, nice customer service!!! Thank you and we will be back

Walked in knowing what we wanted and found the staff to be really nice. The prices were just right. The furniture from banner seems to last longer. I have purchased from sears and city liquidaters and theres falls apart within the first couple years. To top off my great experience my new dresser came with free delivery.

Act very friendly when youre dropping thousands buying new furniture, but all that good will dries up three months later when the rest of your order has not been processed and they act like somehow this is your fault and you owe them more money. Will look elsewhere in the future.

I have bought a few beds here. Every buy Ive experienced great customer service and down to earth family feel from the employees. When I became a single mother and had no bed to sleep on they delivered my bed for free. This business really cares about their customers!

We bought a custom made loveseat from Banner and are very happy with it, so when we needed a mattress we returned. They delivered the mattress yesterday and I slept 12 hours...unheard of for someone with physical issues...we are very pleased with our purchases.

Friendly but not pushy and dont hover over you, so you can browse. Weve bought a trundle bed, which I love! Table set, 3 panel screen, and a recliner from them. Love this place and they deliver and take away old pieces. Highly recommend them.

You can barter 5 or 10% off the price. Just express your interest in a discount, and say you would buy it right now for that. Otherwise, youll shop around. They were a little slow getting our custom color in, so they gave us free delivery.

Prices were high compared to jr furniture and city liquidators. Cheaper than Dania or big department furniture stores though. Chair I wanted was $145 dollars more here than what I ended up paying elsewhere
