If you need office supplies you can find a decent variety here. However, steer clear of their copy and print center. I visited the store today and waited for at least 30 minutes, and no one from behind the counter said "well be right with you" "sorry for the wait" "get lost", not a word! I went to the UPS store to get what I needed printed, and this is their busiest time of the year! However, they found time to help a customer. Imagine that!!

The Staples store in Kernersville, NC HAS to be the BEST Staples! The staff members are always helpful and friendly. I particularly like their printing services. I also appreciate having a knowledgeable person help me with technology questions. They NEVER fail to acknowledge you as you walk through the door. Being a frequent customer, some of the employees remember my name. How nice that is!

Bad customer service and quality in copy center. Ordered flyers online which indicated they would print to edge of sheet. Got to store for pickup and told their equipment did not print to edge and I would have to pay extra to cut off edges. No one called before order was printed to discuss with me. Very disappointing.

I came in to get an extremely long job application printed off during the afternoon/ evening of March 31st 2017 and about a month before that I came in to have my wifes resume printed out and everyone there was extremely helpful and I really appreciate all the help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I use a high power computer, and had to get it fixed. After locating the part, I paid up to have their tech guys replace said piece. I am happy to report that the repair went without fault and this machine is back up and running once more.
