Dont bother calling. I called to check stock on an item and they just kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me. On a Tues at 4:30. Come on. You cant be so busy that you cant at least say, " Im sorry, theres no one available right now. Can you check back in an hour?" Ill buy my laptop somewhere else.

Always a friendly staff and knowledgeable. Great feeling when you ask where an item is located and they can tell you immediately. Im a rather tech savy person so Im normally not asking too many questions though. Store is also very clean which is important to me as a consumer.

This place just got busted by the state for what is basically price gouging. The were fined $2760 for pricing and scanner issues. Customer service is fair. Prices fair or on par for retail.
