I was terribly shocked at the poor service that I received today at this Staples. This was my first time going to a Staples and I must say that I will never return to any other. I was practically refused service at the copy center when the sales associate decided to be both hateful and tell me repeatedly what she "couldnt" do. I am normally a very understanding and mild mannered person, but after listening to such negativity I felt obligated to let others know how unprofessional this location is. All that I was asking of this person was to print a copy of a drawing I created to a much larger version. The scale I required was not outside of the capabilities of the printer. I wanted it printed as close as possible to my preferred measurements but the associate said, "its not my job to figure out what size it needs to be scanned so it is printed to that size, its yours." She also proceeded to argue with me, until finally after 30 minutes I just gave up and left the store with something I was extremely unhappy with. I was just tired of fighting for something I needed in pristine condition. I would also like to add that my original drawing, as well as the new print copy, have both been nearly destroyed with bent corners and creases all over the pages. I was not impressed at how she had handled my hard work with such disregard; recklessness that made me cringe with every movement. Once again, I regretfully stress that I will NEVER place trust in Staples or its incompetent staff.

Picked out a laptop, with the assistance of store personnel. When paying for the computer, it was discovered that the unit on display was misplaced and under priced. However, the Store Manager stepped in and MORE THAN MADE up for the error. Rather than up sell, they were proactive and honored the display and price. If there is a mistake, excellent customer service is how you handle the error. Staples should be proud of the management team at this location. Customer Service above and beyond!

The staff was rude and incompetent. I ordered prints online and left specific instructions in the comment box. They were unable to fulfill by request. Instead of calling me and telling that they couldnt do what I wanted I was stuck paying for something that wasnt what I wanted without even apologizing.

I just want to express my appreciation for an outstanding experience with the Staples store in Clemmons. The management and the technicians went over and above what could be expected to take care of my computer issues. I can not imagine receiving better service. Very timely and efficient!

I was there shopping for office chairs, ready to buy 4 or 5 if I could find the right model/price. Asked for help 3 times waited 20 minutes nobody came, so I left. Store was completely dead. Very frustrating waste of time.
