Employees need either better training or better enthusiasm for themselves. Nobody seems to know where anything actually is besides the stocker, and thats out of 4 different front end people who barely knew what a usb wireless adapter even meant, let alone the aisle. Then, the girl said basic phone cords are by the Ethernet cables like I said they didnt seem to ve, so I had to find out no, they are actually by the traditional desk phones as logically one would assume a phone cord would be by searching myself to the other end of the store. But I told her so she might now direct people properly. Also, my cashier was really nice but never used a business account card before so was not any clearer than I was in how to do it (I had never used one for purchases).

Great for supplies, not so much for print jobs. Took my print job there on a Friday and said I MUST have it by the next Wednesday, they agreed. The next Wednesday received a call telling me they need an additional day. The following day still not complete. In all that time they did (being generous) 1/8 of it. Our office manager had to take it some where else. Our office always used them but not anymore for printing. DISAPPOINTING.

Generally the staff is nice and helpful bit in the print center they have really messed up bad more than once. First they lost important documents we payed to send off. And just today it took a very long time to get some large format prints. The worker was rude and claiming that the misprint was normal until we finally got a manager involved. Will stick to buying printer ink and go somewhere else for office services.

This has got to be one of the worse stores in the area. Every time I come I have to deal with a bunch of nonsense. And today was no different. For once Id just like to come in this store. Get assistance and go home. Hasnt happen yet.

Service was terrible. There email is so complicated, I went to two locations wasted 1 hour and still didnt get what I need. Went to office max on Stratford Rd, and my documents were printed out in 1 min.

The printers are to slow and works put our stuff down and waited for hours but one worker worked hard but a red headed that one bidnt.We got mad but we kept our cool.
