This is the worst customer services ever. The manager Luisa has no people skills, zero customer services skill and is dumb. I went there to get a binder done I stood there for the longest they didnt even aknowledge me, it was obvious how that it was work avoidance, the guy attended to other customers that came after me just because he didnt want to bother with bidding. I tried to talk to the manager after waiting for an hour. She asked me to wait longer and force the guy to do it even though he said he doesnt know how to do it. They damage my documents, misplaced some of my papers and had me waited for the longest and still didnt do anything for me Luisa the manager did not provide any remedy to the situation, did not even tried to address my concerns she rather argued with me and asked me to come back tomorrow I walked into the store at 8:30 pm and left at 10:30 with my money in my purse and never got the service I came for, they wasted my time.If theyd told me that they could not do it upfront I would consider other options. Next time Ill go somewhere else. She is not fit to be the manager she should quite and give the opportunity to whomever has the right skills and ability to perform the job, other witnesses stated that she will cause people to stay away from this store and cause the store to close or go bankrupt. BAD SERVICE. NEED TRAINING BADLY. SPREAD The NEWS SAVES OTHERS FROM SUCH EXPERIENCE

I hate this OfficeMax, the customer service sucks. I was promised to have some work printed and laminated. The guy "listened" to me, told me it would be done around 6 PM (The time I was there.) I mean out of the rest of the night and most of the morning he still cant finish it? Are you serious? I asked if it could be done by AT LEAST 11A or 12P Maurice should be fired, I dont know how he is able to hold a job with that terrible customer service of his. If he could at least told me "Hey we cant do it in that time frame" I would have understood and left it at that! There is an older gentleman who works there who is a little rude sometimes, but he will get your stuff done if you need it and actually keeps his word when he tells you what time he can finish it. I go here because its close to the office, the Office Depot I usually go to are able to assist me quick and get what I want in 30 mins or so. Not only that, but they are little more polite and customer service is a little better. I may come back to buy office supplies if I need too, but its a last resort.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTRAGES PRICES FOR COPIES!!! I went to OfficeMax today needing some copies from Impress. I was greeted with horrible customer service from the young lady attending the area. She was not busy, but you can tell she was not happy to be working. I told the young lady I was on a budget and wanted to print color copies on one side and just b/w on the other. She insisted on charging me 67 cents a side which I thought was unfair. I tried to explain that I did not want color on both sides, but she insisted that I was wrong. She never looked at my face and was just plain mean. The order was going to be over $40 for 30 copies. I refused and went to OfficeDepot around the corner. I got exactly what I wanted for just over $7.00 and had a great customer experience. I highly recommend OfficeDepot over OfficeMax and will be writing a 5 star review for OfficeDepot next. Sorry OfficeMax, but your customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. We were looking to purchase ink for out Kodak printer. We know that its difficult to find. We found it at this store with a label stating buy 2 get one free. So we grabbed the last 2 on the shelf and went to the register to pay and find the third free. The cashier told us the deal was only for office Depot brands and didnt apply to Kodak. She made it sound like we were lying. My husand went back to the shelf and took a picture of the sign that clearly stated office Depot for Kodak. She stated that they do no sell office Depot for Kodak (huh?l) why have a sale for something you dont sell? We asked that the offer be honored for what they did have and they refused. This is probably why this company is not doing well. Lost my business.

So disappointed nationwide franchise does not have blank ink someones not restocking properly. This is my fifth attempt at two different stores trying to make a stamp online once again unsuccessful dont waste your time go to your local mom-and-pop shop theyll print up your step quick maybe for four dollars more!

Been waiting 35 minutes and have been skipped twice at the copy center trying to pick up an order that is "almost" ready. There is no line and its a free for all. Will recommend to my boss that we no longer use this location as I have had similar experiences in the past.
