Steve the "manager" will destroy the online trust and reputation of this store one customer at a time. His unwillingness to honor the companys price matching policy (Amazon) mixed with his acceptance of multiple customers leaving to solicit other stores is shocking. I thought I was an isolated case...but when I got to the other store I learned that was not the case. Many complain about this guy. The sad part is I could have very easily gone to the competition as I am sure many customers do. Hey corporate you might want to check the pulse of this store. This guy just lost you a customer.

Stood in line at the printing center for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by either staff member. I only needed to pick up a print job, and would have been fine if they had just acknowledged me and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. The total lack of customer service cost them an over $900.00 printing deal. I wont be back.

If you are in a hurry trying to print something DO NOT come here!! The system is slow and take forever and the only thing they say is... we are sorry. Its the corporate, there is nothing we can do. So I asked for a discount and they say its not our fault its the corporate.. sorry
