Unbelievable. I purchased a top of the life form chair from this store in 2013. Chair cost much more than I should have paid but I bought into the whole customer service presentation they put forward. Nearly, a year later the arm rests started peeling back and the leather started cracking. I work in a normal office so there is no abnormal wear and tear. The only contact the arms have is from the oxford shirts I wear everyday. I contacted Relax the Back store via phone in the beginning of 2015 because the chair now looks trashy and its deterioration is not consistent with normal wear and tear. I was told to come in with my chair serial number. I went in and spoke with a Daniela O. This person then advised me they should easily be able to fix the chair given what I paid for it. She asked me to send photos via email of the problem I was having and she would take care of it. I sent those photos over a month ago and have had heard nothing back. At this point, it is clear that their only concern was the initial sale. Beware! Before you go and spend over $1000 on an office chair, they are selling you a Cadillac but its built like a Yugo. My experience is that once they got my money they no longer valued me as a customer. Im only sharing my experience to prevent others from making the same expensive mistake I made.

Horrible, lying employees! Went in to buy the best cooling pillow since I knew theyd have one, and they took all the covers off for me to try it, which I fell for and purchased. I also bought a pack of 2 protective covers. The pillow cools NOT ONE BIT because the protective cover and pillowcase keep it from cooling. I was tricked and I cant return it because there is a no return policy. Im out $240. Dont shop there! They will do anything for a dollar, including lying.

Very nice store. Our sales person, David was extremely kind and very informative. He helped us pick a perfect mattress and pillows for my and my boyfriends individual needs. Delivery was within one day and the two delivery men, Junior and Steven, were fantastic! They delivered and set up the mattresses quickly, within 5 minutes. They were very polite guys. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience and I will definitely recommend.

Philip gave us wonderful service. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He spent as much time as needed to help us make our decision. We purchased two of the PC-610 zero-gravity chairs and added the memory foam and jade heat.
