Went there to get papers limited and waited a little over two hours for them to tell me they couldnt liminate my papers because they didnt know how to make them 4 x 6. I spoke with The manager (Marco Avlai) he told me he did not know how to work the machines and did not know how to use the computers so he asked the employees Working there but they did not know how to laminate papers and Bind them. Never coming back to this place, what a waste of time. The girl working there also lied to me that it was her first day but later on the manager told me that she has been there for years....what a waste of a day.

Imposible to come to print 2 pages and wait in line of 40 min. Its been over 4 times I came here and every time the same thing. This time I talked to the manager Marco, and his answer was. Office Depot let me put only 2 people. And I cant fire them because they slow. Ridiculous Im not planning to come and wait here in lines like they counting money in the bank. It only to print or fax it should be so much faster. And if they cant do it Ill find other stores that will. Thats exactly why they are closing locations. Because they are so bad service!

They need more people particularly in the photocopying area. The line is always long, the service very slow and most of the young people look like they dont want to be there. As soon as you get someone good they move them to another store. Hire better and you ll get better. Every warm body is not a fit for yoir store.

I wish I could give them a zero!!! This is the slowest store ever and you would think they would be updated because they are Office Depot but how can I come to you for my business and I would never get out of here it takes them so long maybe they should have a better register or pos syst

Print work is ok but the prices are off the charts. Plain paper color is .49 ea and on glossy paper its .75. Thats way more than it should be and theyre only charging it because they have an uneducated clientele. In other words, buyer beware.

Hot mess. Terrible service. Military personnel needed to laminate papers for training, and they could not complete the task. NEVER had this issue at other Office Depots or Office Max. Hire people that know what theyre actually doing.

I normally go to use the print center. If you are making your own copies, its great. But if they have to make things for you it can get long and complicated. Sometimes you can wait forever to be served due to long lines.

Workers are REALLY lazy. Dont expect to help them to help you. They are too busy laughing at customers...especially the crew at the Publishing Stations. Please go to another store....they will not have time to help you.

They are always slow as hell at the printing center section. Be ready for a long wait. There return policy is not compatible to customers needs in poor or defective merchandise.

Always a long wait. No one has passion for their job. Buying and selling paper products shouldnt take that long. Save an hour out your day and drive elsewhere
