Worst customer service ever! I bought a video doorbell for $250 and its not working after 2 months when I returned it they wont exchange or return it! The manager William is so unprofessional and disgraceful, wont even try to do anything. Customers deserve to be treated right, I will never buy anything from this store again. Check the back of your receipts for their bad return policies.

Worst customer service ever! Employees at the printing area dont want to work, they seem not to care, very slow service. Ive came here to print documents multiple times and each time is the same. These employees need more supervision, they have a bad attitude. Im not coming back to this place!!

Needed to ship some packages UPS on Sunday and Office Depot does that, right? At least their web site says they do. After waiting to get the attention of one of the two surly ladies behind the counter, I was told they dont accept UPS anymore. Only FedEx. WTF!?!

Very bad service. No one cares here. They just want to get the pay. A lot of girls standing and talking by the printing area. And when you need help. No one actually help. The store manager need following up. Otherwise why you get your paid check. Really bad

We sent business cards to print online. 50 for 18$, we received confirmation that it was ready. I came to pick up. They even did not start to print. After they had print business cards it was garbage. Simple paper, wrong colors, complete garbage.

Employee went to the restroom and did not wash her hands after she finished. She just went right to the sales floor. That is so gross-shes touching money or even could touch my hand .. Never again shopping here -thats so disgusting..
