I had ordered some business cards and a banner to be printed the same day for a conference I was attending in Greensboro. The order was submitted well before their deadline for submitting same day orders. When I arrived at the store at the time their website said it would be completed, I was informed that they had not checked their orders that day thus did not know that we had even placed an order. Once they looked, they actually found my order. I was also informed that because of drying times, the banner could not have been ready that day anyways, which is not what their website stated. I will never have anything printed at Staples again.

This store has the worst customer service ive ever seen. The man that was working in copy and print act like he did not want to be bothered when we were having trouble with the fax machine. We kept asking him for help because it wasnt working properly. He kept it working give it time. It had been saying sleep for over 20 minutes. Ive sent plenty of faxes over the years I know when ones working and when ones not. We simply asked him to check it out for us. We ended up going across the street to Office Depot where we were greeted when we came in unlike Staples. They also assisted with the fax even thought it wasnt necessay.

I thought I was getting a good computer from Staples, but apparently not. I bought a brandnew laptop from them 6 months ago, and the CD ROM has already gone out on it. I took very good care of this laptop as well. I ran updates, has sufficent virus and spyware protection, and kept it clean and maintained. I am very sad that Staples disappointed me. I would not suggest buying a computer from them now at all. I paid a lot for my computer, and now it is starting to break down, hopefully this will be the only problem with it. But if not, I will be sure to report it.

Seems as if customer service is.dead there. Associates appear to be no where in site. Could not find my rewards card and it would not pull up. Cashier tried so she told me I was mistaken about having a card. I found it in my purse later when I went across the street to Office depot. It is the old paper kind. I have never been offered a plastic type. But, I am not crazy I do have your card. I will try and use it if I decide to buy my.laptop from Staples or your competition.

The manager in this store doesnt follow his company policy that they price match. Online it says they price match, I even called the store before I drove out there to price match and they told me they would. This manager should get in trouble or staples needs to change their policy. No where in the price match policy does it say the price you want to match has to come from close by.

I was running late to pick-up an order Id placed online and called the store because they would have closed before I arrived... The manager I spoke with OTP met me at the door at 8:03pm and let me in to get the order... Talk about Great Customer service! Im new to this area but a long time customer of Staples & this is just one of the many reasons why I will always be!

Those people at Staples are really good about helping you find what you need and its a good place to go if you need something I needed a shreditor today & I bought the display one my last one lasted 8 years so its a good place to get one if you need it

My computer kicked the bucket a couple years ago. One of the guys in Customer Service talked me out of forking over $500 to recover data (not guaranteed) in favor of a much more effective means of recovering data & repairing the computer.

Love this Staples Store. Its the best and the sales staff are wonderful- they offer personalized service and are willing to "go the rctra mile" to ensure customers are satisfied. The Copy Center is especially great.
