All I wanted was a DVI cable for my monitor. First guy I see was near the front door with no one with him. I asked where monitor cables were. He showed me then proceeded to ask which kind, I said DVI and he knew exactly which one to pick. Thanks for the extra concern, it does feel good. On to the cashier. Ever watch the tv show Chuck? I cant remember the guys name but reminded me of Morgan Grimes in looks. He was very helpful as well. Overall, this store in this area made me feel comfortable. More business from me in the future when I need any computer or office supplies.

I went to buy a laptop and was belittled by Paul when I didnt want to buy extended coverage,virus protection or Microsoft Office.I understand trying to upsell,but it became a "no sell" after the hard sell that included Paul calling my choice a "second rate" computer.I ended up driving 20 miles away to another Office Depot,where I made my purchase.

They are amazing! Miles, the store manager, opened up TWO hours early during the High Point Market to make sure that we had the ink and office supplies we needed to be successful during our show! They truly saved the day and care about their consumers! It was by far the BEST customer care experience we have EVER had! Our office store for life!!
