My name is Karen Cox, and I am the Admin. Asst. at Highland Park Baptist Church. We lease two canon copiers from Northwest Office Solutions, and whenever I need any products or services for them, a simple phone call is all it takes to get fast service from either Allen Creed or Steve Ingram. These guys really know their stuff, and I can always count on them to be here either the same day or the next day! When I order supplies, I usually receive them the next day as well. You cant get any better than that! There hasnt been a problem weve encountered with our copiers that Allen or Steve cant resolve. I am extremely pleased with Northwest Office Solutions and highly recommend them!

We were not a customer of Northwest Office Solutions, but we had a printer emergency and they came to our rescue and got someone out to see us within a few hours. They did not charge us to come out and look at it. And when it became obvious that we would have to order a part, they offered us a loaner and even allowed us to print at their office until the part could come in. This is customer service at its best and I would highly recommend Northwest Office Solutions.

We called Northwest Office Solutions Monday morning. Our copier was printing a grid pattern over our copies. The person I spoke to, assured me someone would respond shortly. True to their word repair person Steve arrived and soon had our machine humming. Thanks for the good service
