I have been a customer of D&J Computers for over 15 years. I first did business with them at a computer show in Edison, and was looking for someone based nearby in case I ran into problems with my purchases. No matter what my needs, they have come through. Theyve put together personal machines for home and 16-drive multi-processor servers for business. Whats nice is that they can spec out a machine to fit your needs: they know the components, how to balance machine performance for your application needs (gaming, database, whatever), and which components arent as reliable or may have compatibility problems. They are an approved vendor from my last job (a manufacturer with over 40k employees) and are now an approved vendor for my new job with a major NJ university. They have been reliable, responsive, service oriented, and their prices are fair - its hard to find that mix in any business these days!

After reading positive reviews, I am very disappointed with my experience. Over the phone I was told my repair may be around $60 or if another issue $150. I brought it in for the repair against my best judgement after being told there was a $30 diagnostic fee. Well after it was there I was told the repair would be $270. What a price jump. I found another repair service that did it for $160. I saved money even having to pay d&js crazy diagnostic fee just to get my laptop back. The other business doesnt even charge a diagnostic fee and he diagnosed it correctly over the phone. How is the same repair $110 less for someone else to do. .. talk about marking up the prices of the parts and labor. It was a bad experience and I felt this business was dishonest about prices.

Ive never been disappointed in either their quality or pricing, and if there was ever an issue with something Ive purchased from them, theyve always had me take it back in and take care of the issue without any problems.

This is the best computer repair around. We have used them for purchases and repairs for over 3 years and we never have a problem. The price is fair and the work is always done quickly and on-time. Our Fire Department has 5 computers and monitors along with laptops and the price meets or is cheaper than on line.
