I dropped my computer for a wifi card repair. The repair seemed simple enough and I received a call the next day stating the problem was fixed after they tightened a loose connection issue inside. I took the computer home and used it for a couple of days and it worked fine. Then the same problem began again. I took the computer back and they begin working on it again. My computer needed a replacement wifi card. They kept my computer for 5 days and provided no updates on when it would be ready, nor gave me a quote on how much anything would cost. I think this shop should work on professionalism with their customers informing them of an initial quote and at least a projected completion date. The communication is definitely off at this place.

I was looking for something specific for a while. Best Buy didnt carry it (or the staff didnt understand what I was looking for). At The Computer Store, it was a pleasant and great experience. The guy was knowledgable, understood what I needed and assisted me quickly. I was out the door in 3 minutes with what I needed. Would highly recommend this store.

Every time Ive been here Ive received great customer service. Staff are attentive, professional, and polite. Cant complain.
