I actually went to Computuners three times. The first time was to get a diagnoses (it didn’t cost a thing), my friend caught a bad virus and well that wasn’t so good. They explained the price and I left it to her. That was almost 4 months ago. Back than i was astonish that there wasn’t a fee to to just diagnose the computer. It was a free diagnostic test done. Now my 3 year old daughter mistakenly deleted pics off my cell phone sim card. I freaked out memories down the drain. At least I thought so, I installed and app on my cell phone which only gave me back 100 of my pictures and videos. I immediately thought of Computuners in Nanuet NY when all else failed” I should have thought about them first”. I contacted COMPUTUNERS and told them of my situation, Mike was very knowledgeable. I went that night after work and gave them the sim card. Mike said” it has been completely wiped out” I said told you what my daughter did”. It didn’t matter to Mike “he said I cannot give you no guarantees at all, but I will try”. That evening I get a phone call back saying “we can do it”, and how much the cost was to retrieve all my information back. I was so amazed they are better than GEEK SQUAD for sure. The price was something I never imagined, reasonable cannot even begin to fit what I paid unremarkable is more like it. Since I saw what Mike and his team could do, I decided to give it another go. I have Toshiba, he was honest to make a long story short and that is being repaired as we speak. My other computer well all the information saved transferred to another computer and my children just brought computers from them, they even had something for my 3 year old. Live DeskTop remote support, customer satisfaction guarantee and most of all you’re treated by name and not a number. The entire team is amazing from front desk help to back end repairdepartment. I don’t think anyone could ask for anything better, than a business that treats you like a person, understands what you want and reasonable prices. My advice to anyone having computer problems, is before you go out and spend a bundle on a new computer or get ripped off by others, stop by COMPUTUNERS and seek their advice first. I surely believe you will be pleased.

Absolutely amazing experience !!! First and foremost i want to thank the entire staff of Computuners that was there today to assist me when i made my purchase and to the staff member who helped me a few weeks ago when i first went in to inquire about a macbook. On both occasions i was immediately greeted and tended to. Truth be told i do not know much about computers and laptops except how to surf the net and check emails therefore I would be easy to take advantage of. I simply stated what i needed my laptop for and what i was looking to spend. The level and wealth of knowledge they hold was astonishing. They took the time to go through every item i looked at in specific detail so that i could understand it. I GOT SCHOOLED !! They then presented me with several options based on my budget and needs. Just to make sure i considered all my options i visited a few other stores such as Best Buy and PC Richard. I was immediately bombarded by salesmen that had little or no knowledge at one and ignored at the other but both places attempted to upsell me to a piece of equipment that i truly didnt need at a price i truly could not afford. After i saw what was out there it was clear that Computuners is where its at. After i purchased my Macbook Air at an amazing price i went home and couldnt figure out how to do something so i called them for help. Within seconds they were on my macbook with me not just helping me but also teaching me. Knowledgable, patient, professional, detailed, friendly and safe. Computuners now has one more lifetime customer and friend. Thank you guys!!!

I was having trouble with my laptop, an Acer 8943G; it was just slow and would rarely allow me to complete my tasks because it would often freeze up and Id wind up having to reboot without saving my work, therefore loosing hours of hard work. I wanted to throw the machine out the window, my wife told me to just purchase a new machine. I decided to try Computuners to see if they could help. They offered my a free analysis of the machine. After the analysis they make their recommendations and I chose to follow them. They were able to save all my important files and documents, they cleaned the machine of any extraneous programs and malware, and they even recommended I increase my memory, which they were able to double. The total price for the service was about $250 and the machine runs as if it were brand new. I am also going to be able to save $80/year that I was spending on Nortons useless antivirus. They installed an antivirus and ad blocking suite that renews automatically for free, and if I have any issues they offer online live support. In my opinion, Computuners offers a great service and I feel I can recommend them.

I have been a customer of Computuners for about two years. They completely rebuilt my desktop and installed efficient anti-virus programs. I brought my laptop that I use in Florida to them and they worked their magic on that laptop to avoid all the annoying popups. I bought a slightly used laptop from them for my home here in Nyack and they transferred all my favorite places from my one laptop to the other plus installing their anti-virus programs. I have also used them to remotely hook up my printer to my laptop. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. They always solve my problems and if they cant help me right at the moment I call, they call me back in a very short amount of time. Jeff Mike and the entire staff from Computuners are the real deal and very customer oriented. So glad I found them in Nanuet....dont hesitate to use them for all your computer needs.

Ive been a customer of computuners for years and i am always please with their service, but todays onsite visit was phenomenal! Scott is the best!! I required an ethernet line in my basement and I needed improved WiFi signal throughout the house. My electrician tried installing a line and a switch, but it did not work. Verizon technicians came to the house and could not figure out how to make it work - from all appearances it should have been working. Finally, I called computuners and Scott came to the door. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the problem then came up with a simple, easy solution which he implemented right away. in no time at all i had the ethernet line in the basement and full wifi signal strength throughout the house/basement! Again, Scott is the best and i continue to be a happy computuner customer!

First, I want to start off with saying that I have dealt with a few tech guys in my 65 years and these guys are the best. In one week I had two computer problems one minor, Computuners fixed in record time. Second problem MAJOR, my computer was "hacked" and I was freaking out. Call Computuners and Issac answered and told me to calm down and bring computer over. Mike met me at the door and I was taken care of immediately, no waiting. Once again these guys came to my rescue and did amazing things and I am back in business. All the techs who work at Computuners are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They dont talk down to you, they just explain the process and never pressure you to buy something you dont want or need. I would not trust anyone else with my computers from now on. Love these guys!
