This team has a wide range of expertise in technology. From basic computers to water-cooled exotic gaming machines, or cell phone repairs to wireless networking, to troubleshooting, upgrades, cybersecurity, etc. It doesnt matter if youre one person or a 100-staff business, the Jeevy Team has met all my needs and then some. Pricing is very reasonable for the extremely high quality of work. You cant get this level of expert help in a big box store, or a little mom-n-pop shop.

Jeevy Computers service and expertise is outstanding! My data was restored on my corrupt hard drive. Migration to a new computer put me back in contact with my valuable documents and personal data I accumulated over the years. I continue to have my computer solutions meet with rewarding results. Staff is courteous and driven. Their service plan and remote access allows my immediate needs to be accomplished. I could not ask for a better group of talent!

Im the default IT guy at my firm and have bought many PCs and laptops to Jeevy over the years. I have consistency found their customer service to be nothing short of excellent and the actual service on the computers rarely without fault. On the very RARE occasion when there is an on-going issue, they step up the plate and tackle it head on. Pricing is very competitive. Ive unfortunately have tried other places; would definitely recommend Jeevy.

I took my laptop to Jeevy after an upgrade caused me to have all sort of password issues which was creating many problems. They cleaned it up and charged me $68. After I got home I was still having issues with my email account. They spent 1/2 hour with me and we deleted more than 23000 emails and got everything working smoothly. They did not charge me a thing and were eager to help.

Very friendly service, follow-up is great, easy to work with and knowledgeable staff. No matter if it is an easy problem or complex problem, you guys have solved it for me. I especially love the remote access support, which lets you fix my computer problems without even bringing the computer to you. Great price and great people! I would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY from this UNFRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD business. Left the computer with the owner who said it would only take a day. Never heard back and they did not bother to return calls even after a week. They could not figure out what the problem was and eventually I had to pay them just to get the computer back. Office manager lacks any people skills.

STAY AWAY they dont fix anything - promise not to charge then obtain the computer- charge for services they dont complete- this place is a total ripoff. They did not fix our computers despite promises to do so and kept one machine for over 7 months then had to pay them to get our computer back. The office manager is also terrible. BEWARE!

BUNCH of CROOKS! Ripped me off on some work I had done and never responded to my calls or emails to make good on their promises. Stay away from them, far away - They should be shut down and PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.. I had to give them one star since they wouldnt let me leave ZERO.
