I went to staples to buy a new laptop told the tech (Eric)exactly what thought I needed got home I was not happy when back to Staples in a couple of days talked about different options. Even showed me different options cost little bit more but Im very happy Eric and Evan are in my opinion top-of-the-line techs would highly recommend if buying computer make sure you talk to Eric or Evan they will steer you in the right direction very knowledgeable. I had nothing but good experiences with Staples in Hamilton would highly recommend. Ashley at the register have a super nice personality.

This store normally has pretty nice staff, but theyve recently removed the USPS counter from the store. It made shipping much easier because the Post Office a few doors down is heinously slow, and there was never a line at this one. This normally made me stop in quite a bit, but seeing now that this is gone, I dont have much of a need to go in anymore. So nice staff, but the amenities are declining.

I would give it a negative if I could. The copy and print "Supervisor", is so rude it is ridiculous. He is NEVER polite and always has an attitude when you ask for help. Ive never been into a place of business with such horrible horrible customer service. If you dont like your job, QUIT!!!

Speaking of refreshing, walking into Staples in Lawrenceville NJ, is very enjoyable. The workers are always ready to help you with a smile on their faces. I use Staples Lawrence for all my printing, and school needs. I loved it!
