A local computer repair shop nearly destroyed our 27” Mac by unnecessarily replacing a perfectly good hard drive with a PC drive and shorted out the system. Experimac in Cherry Hill expertly diagnosed the problem, reinserted the original hard drive and fixed the short caused by the original tech. Needless to say, Experimac has our undying gratitude for their expertise, friendly professionalism, and quick, fairly priced service. There is no better Mac/Apple repair shop in the area. They are the best!

Please support this excellent business! Glenn and Mike and Mike are friendly, professional, very reasonably priced, and they know their stuff. For many years I used MacXprts in Cherry Hill to take care of all my Mac needs. But since they went out of business, Ive struggled to find a worthy replacement. Well, Experimac is the answer. They fixed my Mac Pro very quickly, upgraded it with more RAM, and kept me informed every step of the way. Couldnt be happier. 10/10

they replaced my macbook pros laptop in just a day and it works great!!! perfect!!! i took it to macsultants before and they charged me $75 just for them to tell me "it could be the hard drive, memory, or motherboard" what a complete waste of time and money!!! but this place is GOLD!!! if you have any problems with your mac or apple product, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! i could not thank them enough and will definitely return, should i need their services again!

I will definitely use these guys again. Theyre very knowledgeable & competent. Im very technical & do most of my repairs when I have time but these days time is scarce. Im usually very skeptical of computer repair shops but Experimac is legit. They kept me informed all the way through process. They didnt have that Up Sell vibe like most shops Ive dealt with. Give them a call if you have issues.
