My school uses J&As services, and from my personal experiences and other piers experiences I can say that this company is not worth investing into. I have witness the staff not being able to fix simple problems which my classmates were able to fix in a couple of minutes. It doesnt help that they block many websites that can be used for educational purposes such as research reports for not meeting their guidelines. I had lost much time in my report of the paranormal for having many websites blocked due to the topic. They also seem to charge absurd prices for their "services". They have also caused multiple lessons to be interrupted due to their tech errors. It seems whenever they "fix" something, they just end up making more problems, like other reviews before this state. It is baffling to see how this company still stands with a record like this. I highly advise to not invest with this company.

Terrible service at our school. They usually fix one thing, and end up messing up something else. Many times they are called it is for issues regarding the person not knowing how to use a computer. Many times the students have been able to fix issues that J&A have not been able to fix. And last week in our classroom, one of the geniuses working there managed to try fixing the monitor by repeatedly tapping it with a screwdriver, and then managed to knock it over, and this was for an issue regarding the power supply cord, which commonly breaks a lot because they like to use ties on the cords to remove excess cord hanging around the table, but to such an extent that the cords end up breaking after a few weeks. Would not recommend doing business with these guys.

Hiya buddy chum friends! You may be thinking that this company is good. Well, you clearly suck! Here is a list of reasons to not choose this! NUMBER 1: They smash computers with screwdrivers! NUMBER 2: Children are more technologically savvy than they are! NUMBER 3: They waste more money than Donald Trump! NUMBER 4: They can block websites required for an essential learning curriculum! NUMBER 5: They have an advertisement that consists of a voice talking to stock images! NUMBER 6: They dont know how to shut off a meat grinder. So there you have it! The worst company in New Jersey! I wouldnt recommend it, and neither does anyone I know! 1/10 would not again

These people suck. They arent even that good with computers. Heres a list of some of the things theyve done at my school: A power cord was messing up, so an employee bashed the monitor with a screwdriver and knocked it over. A student lowered the resolution and they said we need an entirely new monitor. They blocked access from a website the school owned that was made for the students to use once. Most of the time a computer has issues, a student is able to fix it when an employee cant. Dont do business with these people. Half of the time they billed the school for their "repairs" on the computers. Id give a 5 out of 5 in ruining stuff.

J & A is really good... at ruining PCs. Whenever theres a problem, all they do is just KNOCK OVER PCs, SMASH COMPUTERS with a screwdriver, and always make the problem worse. Ive never seen anything more terrible in my life. The worst part is, all of these 5 star reviews are FAKE. "Dawn Warmer" has only posted a review on J & A and NOTHING ELSE on his profile. This is the WORST COMPUTER COMPANY EVER MADE. IF YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE RETARDS, THEN YOU NEED A REFUND!

Dont give these braindead dum dums money because they have zero experiance and most likely no life. They come in fix and the problem as well as leaving 10 more then asking for 10K. If I had the chance I would take a sharpened stick of frozen butter and stab them to death. Lastly they will smash their heads into the computer and hope it works. Also I find it sad that they have a generic google user account just to raise their ratings. Disgusting...

The people who gave this company good reviews were clearly drunk or friends with J&A or maybe he gave them a discount for posting the review. HE SMASHED MY COMPUTER WITH A SCREW DRIVER! I give this company 1/5 or even 1/1000 for the terrible treatment of my property, but I give the company an overall 5/5 for handiness in destroying computers with screw drivers.
