I should have written this review in 2003. I met the people at Eastern Computer Services at a computer show and I wanted a custom made computer and went over the specifications. When I arrived at the shop, the computer did exactly what I wanted it to do, and more. I didnt need a TV in my apartment at the time as a result. The 4 channel sound and subwoofer is still great. 7 years ago, I changed the OS from Windows 2000 Pro to XP Pro. I only had to replace the power supply after 9 years. I have added a USB 2.0 card, 5-1/4 floppy, multi-card reader, external 3.5 floppy and it has still held up even after all of those changes. The hard drive may need an upgrade soon.

they did not call me first to let me know my repair was finished. they lost or stole my original charger and lied about me NEVER leaving a charger. after a bit of fussing and yelling the manager gave me a "new charger" but it was at a higher wattage than my original. I Wont be going here again. If you go just beware and get a receipt for your equipment.

Great small business. I did not make a purchase, but the staff was incredibly helpful and pointed me in the right direction without forcing a sale. Cannot tell you how uncommon it is to get computer advice without pressure to buy. Highly recommended!

Ive gone to these guys a few times whenever I had computer issues and have neve been disappointed. My cousin who owns his own computer company referred them to me and I would definitely do the same for anyone else. Cant go wrong here.
