Awful. Seemingly uneducated staff, who are snarky, and incredibly dense. I needed to send an iPhone back to Apple for a replacement. So I drop it off and pay for the replacement. A few days later, theres a message on the home phone that we need to disable "Find my iPhone" on iCloud. I call them back, and tell them it isnt enabled. They say OK. The next day, I call to check status, and they say its still on. I check while I have the guy on the phone, and tell him that the "Find my iPhone is disabled on the device. He says he doesnt know what to do except remove the device from the iCloud account. I do that, and he says hell send the phone out for a swap. Today, 7 days later, I call to check the status. They tell me I need to turn off "Find my iPhone". I explain, again, that it was never on, it was confirmed off, and the device isnt even on that account anymore. I ask why no one called to say the phone hadnt been sent out. The dullard on the phone says "but we cant send it out until its turned off". So I ask for the manager. He says "I am the manager". He says "well just have to wait until its off". I tell him its off, its been off, it was never on. Waiting will not magically change things. He says "well turn it off again". At that point, I realize these guys are clueless. I ask for the phone and my money back. I go into the store, and there are two snarky employees there. We process the transaction, and as hes handing me the phone and the receipt, he hands me a paper "heres instructions for turning off the find my pone feature on iCloud". Yes, they are that clueless. Take your business elsewhere.

I have used this location 2 times now. The first time was because I maxed out the memory and couldnt get my MacBook Air to start up. They were helpful and I was satisfied. Today I did it again. So I decided that I needed to upgrade after 3 years. Basically like new and apple site quoted me approximately $340 trade in value. The young kid gave me the same quote when I arrived and help me pick out the new mac to purchase. When he went to ring me up he asked the owner "Haja" if he could give me the "like new" price. She walked away and came back with $250, because "that is what apple" says. No courtesy as to explanation in the difference between the two quotes. I stated I felt that I wasnt being told something. The look on the sales kids face was priceless because you could tell he disagreed. I now feel cheated because she saw I was upset about her reasoning. I will not be returning here and would rather drive to an Apple Store now instead of cutting corners and going back to G2. I also dont recommend visiting this location. Apparently the owner needs to work on her customer service...especially when a customer is about to drop $2k in your store. I should have walked out before I paid....

First time I visited the store I was interested in the IPad mini. The person in the store never approached me when I entered the store and did not offer to help me. When I approached him about information on the IPad mini he did not even get off of his chair to assist me. Clearly not interested in making a sale. Apple should shut this store down as it does not promote the customer experience I believe Apple supports. Several months later, I tried the store again to inquire and view the Apple Watch. The same customer experience with the same lack of interest in the customer. I would give this store zero stars. Stay away.

Ive been thinking about buying an Apple Watch and havent been able to find one to try on for size before I buy in any of the stores where Ive shopped. Well, G2 didnt have one either, but Ryan was wearing one & let me try his on my wrist. Ryans friendly co-worker Varun was also fantastic & informative . The Both of these gentlemen were kind, honest and very helpful. I hesitated to go to this store since I had a not-so-nice experience in the past at this store, but Varun & Ryan have changed my mind. As long as Varun and/or Ryan are working Ill go back. Good job G2 hiring two great employees. They deserve a raise!

Ive seen some less than stellar reviews for G2. All too often people are good about sharing negative reviews. I want to share a few positives. I had been in over the last few weeks looking to move from a PC to a MAC. I had asked many questions and was given some good answers. When I had stopped in to make a purchase they didnt have what I had ask them to hold. Haja called me that same day and asked if I would like her to bring it from the Yardley store. She did do that and Im happy to say that I did make my purchase and I am thrilled with my MAC product and G2. thanks!

Very disappointed with the service. I took my GFs iMac their and the first thing they did was to charge me the 85 dollars for the consultation although I told them from the get go what the problem was, i.e. the power supply. They kept the computer for 3 weeks and then finally told me that it was the power supply but they couldnt find a replacement. Worst experience ever, told them to keep the computer and recycle it. Guy on the phone didnt even know if they would wipe out the hard drive.

Bought my first macbook here. Bad decision overall it is entirely useless because of the amount of random restarts and black screens that happen almost within a minute of use I went to get it fixed twice and both times they told me that after diagnostics there was no issue. My Mac now sits useless within my room until I can go to an apple store to get it fixed. Dont waste your time here go somewhere else.

Bought a refurbished macbook here within two months had major issues with random restarts. When I brought it to the store they did tests and told me that in fact nothing was wrong. I still have these issues to the fact the computer is entirely useless. The largest waste of time and money Ive had would definitely not recommend buying anything here.

These guys are the best of the best !!! Every time I go to G2 computers its a great experience,the employees are always cheerful and knowledgeable of the products! Great deals of apple product.All you need with apple accessories is already in the store. Glad I came in. THANK YOU GUYS

Ignore "dtalenti". The guys there are awesome and so helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else with my Apple business. "dtalenti" clearly did not have the mental capacitance to manage to simply turn off find my iPhone, and I wouldnt listen to his childish, immature review.

AMAZING STORE! The people here are so friendly. I recently purchased the MacBook Pro 13.3" Retina and they helped me set it up, and even took the time to explain some things to me.
