DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Terrible customer service. Salesman actually lied to me over the phone about my extended warranty. These hounds are just out for money. Under educated on their own product. Not to mention, down right rude. Tried to make me buy a new phone. When i was paying for an extended warranty. Went to store in Wheaton on geneva. Customer service was very helpful and polite. i recommend to give them your business.

I am very satisfied with JARED ,, as he was very helpful and nice on getting me a new phone through the manufacturer cause my phone was not taking charge and he made sure to get me through to Verizon to get my problem resolved... Ive been to a couple Verizon stores, corporate at that and have never been so treated so nice as this VERIZON RETAILER... 5*****STARZ for JARED.....

Terrible experience here. Not only are they short staffed, but they also have ancient equipment that can not service Verizon customer. After the lady had me wait over 30minutes she proceeded to tell me their machine was too old to port over my phone. TERRIBLE PLACE...youre better off going to an actual Verizon wireless store (per the attendant herself)

Id ordered 3 iPads directly from Verizon. When they showed up the data plans didnt work. After hours of online and phone support I finally came to this location to see if they can help me figure out why my date it wouldnt work. Amanda was super helpful help me reset a password and got day working on all three iPads.

Customer service is terrible. They have my iPhone at the store but keep telling me that the phone is not there. I told them that I have the FedEx confirmation and the person who signed for the phone. The she said that she will let me know when it gets in the store. Terribly frustrated with my experience.
