An important thing to bear in mind if you are thinking of shopping here - you may not be able to get follow up service. I just called to complain that Verizon did not honor the free data upgrade I was promised when I signed up in January at this store. I was told they have no records whatsoever pertaining to me because the current operator took over the store in March and did not receive any of the records from the previous operator - in other words, I must take my chances calling Verizon customer service. So, to my way of thinking, the whole purpose of having a brick and mortar store with actual people in it just went "poof."

It was truly a 5 star experience. Sadaf was the one who assisted us. She was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. She had answers for all our questions. If you are debating to which location you should go, this one would be your right option. Well maintained office, pleasant, friendly and proffessional staff and also, great deals!!!

Went in looking for an upgrade for my s5 and got the s8 on pre-order. Curtis was amiable and also helped get me in touch with a phone repairman so I could get a large credit toward my s8. Down to earth pair of gentlemen.
