Gaby is a prime example of excellent customer service. REVIEW FOR EVENING OF MAY 31, 2017. Gabriela was phenomenal and if I could, I would have given this review 10 stars. I recently made an insurance claim and upon receiving my new iPhone, I was having difficulty transferring everything from the old one that I was mailing back. I tried everything for a few weeks (yes, weeks!)- backup on icloud, backup on my computer, google photo/drive, email, you name it. I was trying to avoid losing over a years worth of data and thought that there has to be an easier way to do this. For whatever reason, it would only back up to September 2016 and finally I caved and walked into this location, expecting to just be told that I am out of luck or go to Apple. Gaby was not only friendly, but did a great job of explaining what she wanted to try before just going ahead and doing it for me. I actually learned quite a bit from her and after being in the store for over an hour, she got everything backed up and transferred..... All while having a steady stream of customers. She was able to address everyone with a genuine smile, assess their initial concerns and check back to see the progress on my phone resetting, updating and getting backed up. I do have one concern however. She was working alone, which in retail, especially where electronics are held, can be extremely dangerous. While she handled the rush very well without breaking a sweat, you could have gotten those customers out in less than half the time if another staff member was there. No female, or anyone for that matter, should have to work in a store like this alone. A few customers did need to schedule time to come back, but were pleasant thankfully. Thank you again Gaby for all of your help, it is greatly appreciated.

I have to take the time to write how helpful Brien was at this location. Even though his store was busy at lunch time, he was calm and took the time to replace one of the phones on my plan (that was lost by my son). He wasnt pushy and trying to up-sell me. He understood my need, provided the best options and wrapped up the sale seamlessly. This is the second time Ive been satisfied with my experience at this store.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE. And dont get me started on the new manager Patricia. She is wonderful and very helpful. She made me feel like Ive known her for years. The store is very pleasant and is kept very clean and finding what you need is a breeze. Ive been to my fair shares of At&ts but this one will forever have my support for now on. Best store ever and I highly recommend it.

Since new management, I receive best service, new manager Patricia is very friendly and knowledgeable, I recommend this location to anybody, all my questions has been answered promptly indicating high knowledge of products and services. You should not be disappointed dealing with these people. Will come back anytime.
