Please do not give them anything to repair. They are crooks! We dropped off our iPad on wednesday to repair a broken screen(that is all that was wrong with it). Barinder said it will be 45 min. When we came back an hour later he said something is broken and he has to see if he can get the part and it will probably be a couple hours. Nothing was wrong with it when we dropped it off! He broke something trying to repair the screen( he didnt admit but it is obvious) he said he will call us later that day when its ready, he never did. We called Thursday morning and they said something was wrong and they had to drop it off in Chicago with a technician. No one even called to ask us if they could do that, no one even will tell us what is wrong with it! My husband runs a business and a lot of private information is on there. We went back Friday and told Barinder we demand to know what happened and when will we have our iPad back. He was "calling"the guy who was supposed to bring it back and kept saying he isnt answering his phone. We said we will walk around the mall and come back to find out if he got a hold of somebody. when we came back 30 min later he said the guy wasnt answering his phone, so he called someone again and started to talk in a different language. After hanging up he said he spoke to Ali and he will be bringing our iPad on saturday at 5:30. We called saturday at 5:30 to make sure before we make the drive, and of course it wasnt there. Ali was the person there and he said he is the person who took the iPad to Chicago, and he said he has not spoken to Barinder the night before at all, so Barinder lied to our face. Ali said the iPad will be ready on Monday. Today is Sunday and the end of this ordeal is yet to be written. We made a police report because at this point this is stolen property and we have no idea what even happened and exactly where it is. REMEBER, THIS STARTED AS A 45 MINUTE " WE WILL FIX YOUR BROKEN SCREEN"! ALMOST A WEEK LATER AND WE STILL DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON. Next step is the business bureau.

Good as new! I have used Cellairis several times, and the negative reviews are not like our experience at all. This kiosk off the center court of Hawthorn mall has performed as promised every time Up To now, it was my moms phone but I recently broke my own glass, and the experience was what we have come to expect. Ali took good care of me, talking time to explain what he was doingI depend on my phone for business, and I was apprehensive, but Alis calm and professional manner and evident competence set me at ease. He was able to handle the multi-tasking of working on my phone while answering questions from other customers, and was completely unperturbed by my hovering. The pricing was reasonable, and I would go back again. Another reviewer complained about his glass breaking again a week after the repair. Personally I would be ashamed to admit such carelessness on my part, let alone use the incident to complain about someones good work:)

Absolutely do NOT use them! Not only are they more expensive that the Apple store, they do NOT know how to do it! They replaced my screen once for $150, and it was complete crap. The screen wasnt seated properly and I could literally put paper underneath the screen. The LCD had dead spots in it, as well. I took it back, and after a LOT of fighting, I had them redo it. This time, even more dead spots. The corner was still not seated properly... so how did they fix it? SUPER GLUE. It looked like complete crap! And to top it all off, now my front camera wasnt working. They forgot to plug it back in properly! I took it to the Apple store. $129 and it was PERFECT, and in half the time it took these guys. I contacted my credit card company and asked for a refund. and got all of my money back. They said there were multiple people asking for their money back from this company. AVOID THEM. They have no idea what they are doing!

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FIXED BY THIS PLACE!!! I was scammed! Took my 5yr olds iPad mini screen to get fixed and the guy gave it to me rubber banded and I took it home and not only did he give me a screen that cracked in 1 day but the iPad is acting up on its own. If he tries to use it, the screen jumps all over doing its own thing. I went back within their 3day limit and the guy starts blaming me and they didnt have a replacement screen to fix it! I should have read the reviews from the real customers not the fake ones who are related to the people who work there! The mall security said all customers complain and hopefully the mall will shut their store down for scamming people especially my 5yr old son who just wanted the screen replaced and now he cant even use it!

AVOID ! If youd have to deal with this guys make sure you sign a contract on all job and details you want such as parts you need, condition etc... they are big cheaters be careful. Better find another repair shop. They robbed my iPhone 6. They took my camera and installed blurry one, gps sensor not working properly showing that Im always a mile or 2 away, antenna hardly catches a signal. Have no signal at home at all before was 3-4 bars. And they saying any additional job to fix my complaints will cost me another service charge... and thats really sad because I cant prove that my parts were stollen:( so ones again be aware!

If I could take the star away I would. Avoid this place at all costs! Replaced my lcd screen and within 1 month it stopped working. Couldnt get anyone to answer my calls so I took the phone to Device Mechanics in Kenosha. He verified the lcd screen was junk and also showed me where they cut the ribbon for the return button on the bottom of the screen. They told me that button didnt work anymore but never offered to repair it. Now I know why. Crooks! They wont see another dime from me

If there was an option to leave less starts, I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. They do a terrible job and offer an even worse service. One of their employees, Ali Mohammed intentionally broke my phone - ripped it right out of my hands and cracked the glass. Cellairis is a franchise so if you have issues with any of their stores, contact corporate through their Facebook page or website. Good luck...or better yet, take your business somewhere else.

I had been quoted over 150.00 by other places to change my cracked iPhone screen, and was told it would take an hour by one place, and a day by another. This guy (Afsal) did it in under 20 minutes while I watched him. He did a great job, and only charged me 80.00. I highly recommend him!!!
