We had a great experience here yesterday. My husband and I were looking to upgrade both of our phones. We were unsure as to which phone to upgrade to, and were looking at every option, pro/con and feature of the phones we were interested in. Honestly, we took so long deciding, you would think we were purchasing a house. Jeremy was patient, informative and really great to work with. I would highly recommend asking for him when you go here. You will not be disappointed. Actually, we heard customers complimenting him while we were looking at phones. At one point, when we were the only customers in the store, all three employees (Jeremy, Eric and Miguel) were assisting us. One was setting up our new account, one was answering additional questions and one was setting up the actual phones with the accessories we purchased. It was VIP/red carpet service all the way!

My husband and I had problems at another Verizon location and decided to go elsewhere and that is how we found Taylor and Scott! We will never go anywhere else! They are both AWESOME! They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fun. They both explain everything in easy to understand language when topics rise above the layperson. The whole phone upgrade process was a pleasure! I had called Taylor with a question and he answered right away and helped me out immediately. We returned the next with day with some questions and Scott helped us out and resolved all our issues. The store itself was also pleasant with large windows and a lot of natural light which just added to the already pleasant experience. We HIGHLY recommend this Verizon store! Thank you Taylor and Scott!

Very nice guys, however, they are afraid to go up the line of customer service to help with phone issues. They will give you options. Good options, but will cost money. Best to contact customer service rather than walk in to this store. Plus was not my attention to be pressured in getting dish network as I was walking out. I recently updated my phone and it disabled my phone (not allowing it to work/call/text/be on home screen). I was beyond my warranty and they didnt even call to see what they could do and they totally understood that it was not an owner error. I immediately went home and contacted customer service and they helped me out and will be getting my phone refurbished for free.

Taylor helped me with everything porting from sprint and set me up with a free jetpack for my vacation! Highly recommend this GoWireless! This is an update. After having my phone for a year now, I somehow accidentally erased everything off my phone and in a state of panic, rushed back to GoWireless Verizon for help. The folks at this store are truly customer focused. Mario got my phone restored even though it took him over an hour to do it and he never made me feel stupid like the idiot I am for erasing my phone. First class service! Awesome people, awesome service. Thank you Mario (and Matt too).

You can say what you want about Verizon, and I have had mixed experiences with the company and their stores overall, but this Verizon location couldnt be better. The sales people are very informative, honest, and genuinely want to help you find the best option for your phone and plan. Working with Wendy and Miguel was a very positive experience. They listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exceptional detail about each phone as I made my decision for an upgrade. They were patient with all my questions and never pressured me into any decisions. I highly recommend checking out this location.

Buyer beware. This store sold us a "free" early upgrade which caused me six months of fighting a $300 charge from Verizon corporate. Then - the phone ended up defective. All Verizon kept saying was that I should user their "corporate" stores - which the one in Vernon Hills is. I will never know for sure,I believe this store sold me something not actually available from Versizon and I paid dearly in HOURS of my time arguing with Verizon. Better safe than sorry - stay with corp stores! Honestly, worst experience every!

The ultimate customer service! Scott and Jake took the time to find the right smartphone and plan for my reluctant to change-not spend any more money husband. They could have sold us a much more expensive phone and package, but took the time to listen and found out what was important to him. We really appreciate that and will continue to go back to this Libertyville location. We highly recommend Scott and Jake at Verizon Wireless in Libertyville! :) ps They also found a solution to my iphone 5c case problem and fixed it.

Whens the last time you found a cell phone store that warranted a review? Yeah, thats how great this place is. Whether they can fix your issue or not, whether they have what you need or not, what you will ALWAYS get here is friendly service and honest answers. The folks here will try their best to solve any problem you have and they seem genuinely happy to do so. If youre a local VZW customer, this ought to be your store. If you arent, ask they why you should switch and see if you stick with your old provider.

Great experience at this store. George, Miguel, and Robert were amazing at helped by me upgrade my daughters phone for her birthday. They found discounts and deals I would have never discovered if I shopped online and walked through everything with me before I left. They even recommended and downloaded apps for me while I was there. I highly recommend this location for friendly and helpful customer service and thorough knowledge of current deals and discounts. This store was amazing! They took the time to hear my needs and set me up with a device that was exactly what I was looking for and although I couldnt put it into words, they were able to find out exactly what I wanted. They were being patient with me and help me understand how to work my new device since I never have had a tablet before. Their patience, cheerfulness, and knowledge when answering all my questions made the experience painless (Im afraid of new technology) and quite pleasant. They work well together as a team and I know that if I have any more questions and stop by they will be just as friendly and eager to help :)

THIEVES!!!! Predatory thieves is the best way to describe this franchise. My wife went in to upgrade and obtain a phone for my son. 2 hours later the almost left with a tablet, phone, insurance coverage etc all supposed to be included but was all add ons! Even though we declined it all it showed up on the CC bill. I just got billed for insurance on a tablet I dont own. Awful awful service. stay away

Scott sold me a Droid Turbo 2 with incentive promises that were incorrect and has failed to live up to his commitments. However, Verizon did make an effort to correct the problem so I dont fault Verizon on this one. A business owner should honor their commitments to their customers even when they make a mistake. No such luck with this independently run Verizon store.
