Lazy. Roll their eyes. The motto of "no job is too big, no job is too small" definitely does not apply to this place. Horrible customer service. Lots of miscommunication between this Store/booth and the corp customer service. The agent tells us to call customer service, customer service tells us to talk to the agent, then told I have to go online. I am physically in person at an AT&T store/booth, why do I have to do something online that cannot be done at the store? Absolutely ridiculous. Lazy people who dont feel like doing their job is the only explanation. Now I am stuck without a phone for 24 hours and get the try to resolve this again tomorrow. I dont wish to give names but if a Manager cared to know who, I would be glad to share my experience regarding this employee. If this goes on nationwide, Im surprise AT&T is still in business. People should not have to put up with this.

James and Brittany are the most understanding and helpful employees I have ever run into. My girlfriend went in their store about 30 minutes before they closed, and helped her overcome a difficult situation. They stayed open a bit later to help her out. She was minutes from switching to a different carrier before they came to her assistance. They were not only understanding and helpful, but just overall genuine people. AT&T is lucky to have these two as their employees. They are the reason she is still a customer. Thank you for your help, James and Brittany! We will always recommend you now to future customers.

1. Terrible service 2. Sold me on upgrading to business account, said everything would be the same and I would save 8%, totally untrue, my charges tripled, they turned off my ach payment, hadnt been late for 6 years, now I have a late payment on my credit, changed the login to online service....TOTAL NIGHTMARE 3. Have spent 4.3 hours on the phone trying to resolve, still unresolved. 4. Anywhere but ATT

Increased rates 40% this year without warning. Every year they expect their customers to escalate pricing issues to customer retention department in order to keep rates from increasing 10%. Unreliable speeds, poor customer service and install teams makes we wonder how regulators can allow ATT to have monopolistic control of the market.
