Went on my lunch to cancel Go SIM card on auto-pay. After waiting over 15 minutes with no help, I finally asked the manager Roxanne for help, she pulled up my account and said she cant cancel it without a pin, I said I know thats why I cant cancel it online or via phone because I dont have a pin, or the SIM card, I just need to cancel the auto charges to my credit card. She said she cant do it and I have to call, I said I did and they couldnt do it over the phone and said I need to visit a store. She said the only thing I can do is put it in a phone and get the pin. I dont have the sim or the phone. There is no way to cancel the auto charges on my credit card and cancel the account, on-site in an ATT store, online, or the phone. I told her that this is fraud if I ask them to stop billing me and continue to do so. She laughed at me and said I signed up for auto-pay, which I said I am here to cancel. Does she need it in writing? She said she cant help me. I then asked to speak to the district manager and I was denied. I am angry and this is fraud. I dont know what to do next and would appreciate an ATT representative contact me to help me cancel the auto-pay on this account.

This store has been notoriously horrible in terms of customer service. For the whole 10+ years that weve been with at&t (since the Cingular takeover), weve been ignored, mistreated, misunderstood, and misinformed by this staff. This store being the only one within a reasonable distance to our home Iin libertyville, its been our only option. If you read all the reviews for this store, youll notice that the only real conveniences theyll provide you are the ones that involve selling a product and taking your money. Pathetic. They are clearly an unknowledgable bunch with no experience dealing with their own customer service. If the manager had a family with more than 2 lines and were forced to deal with their own store in order to set everything up, they would understand how poor the service is. But for some reason I doubt at&t actually cares about how well the customers are treated; they already have us trapped in their plans surrounded by multitudes of penalty fees and other inconveniences that come with your decision to switch to another carrier.

Having this store 10 minutes from our house is the primary reason we have stayed with AT&T for nearly a decade. We dont even bother with calling customer service or trying to do anything online. The staff at this store have always gone out of their way to help resolve any issues with billing, inoperable phones, upgrade options, etc. Most recently, when I purchased a tablet, they only had the floor model left in stock. The manager called around to other AT&T stores to find one, and immediately sent one of the employees to pick it up and bring it back, apologizing for making me wait 45 minutes for it to show up. My main criticism is that they dont seem to have an adequate number of staff, so sometimes we have had to wait 30 minutes or more to be helped.

I would rate this service a ZERO. I took a working hotspot there - which was slow -they not only ruined it - but were trying to make me buy a new one. Awful service by : William, Ajani and a girl who told me she was the manager. All three extremely rude. Have no knowledge about how the hotspot works. I left with a non working device and took it back to Best Buy to find out that it was overheating. They do have hotspots for sale - but they would not replace mine. They ordered from the warehouse not in Illinois and it took me a half a day for nothing. Would do everything just to squeeze more money out of me. I will definitely never go there again and give them ZERO stars!!!!!

I needed to add a phone line to my plan before going on vacation, and I had to bring my 2 year old with me. The store was busy, but I was in and out within 20 minutes. Thanks to Neal, who got everything set up and asked me very few questions, so I could keep my kid happy. I looked over my paperwork once we got home and everything was done correctly. He told me about the promotions and everything, but did not push when I said no and seemed to understand that I was in a hurry. The store is nice and customer service is much better than I used to have at the Verizon store.

Absolutely the BEST EXPERIENCE buying a phone ever!!!!!! Was help origanally by Ella French (Excellent). The Meghan came in to help with my NEW TV SERVICE. While the whole time the manager Reggie Wilkins was outstanding---Got involved whenever was need to keep it moving. I am in sales, so I do understand what a good team is! I am so HAPPY with my new GALAXY 7 phone-New GALAXY WATCH and security sytem to be put in next week. Then the following week my new service with AT and T DISH!!!! Thank you all for your help. I WILL BE BACK!

I came to purchase just a Sim card for my prepaid hotspot. Not only I got it for no fee but also representative was very nice. I had very bad experience with ATT store in Oak Lawn where I couldnt even purchase a Sim without signing up for service. Here was totally different . Very professional and nice service. When I decide to switch to ATT Ill come to this store.

The customer service was awful. No hospitality was offered, what so ever. An employee named Neal did not help us in any way and had an attitude. He showed no enthusiasm about his job, offered no help, and didnt take our case seriously. Hopefully the manager reads this and talks to him about it. Because of this, we switched to TMobile.

I have been to this store twice and showed them my phone both times and they have given me the wrong chord both times. after realizing this i tried to call and they didnt answer the phone. this store could not give any more of a poor performance in any way possible

The manager (I dont remember his name, but he is an african american tall male) was SOOOOO rude to us. He did not even care that we have been customers of AT&T for 10 years. I do not only not recommend this person nor this store, but I dont recommend AT&T at all!!

Horrible service....They have messed up my service for the past 2 years...Did not receive regular bills, but received disconnection notices...They cant seem to get there stuff straight, and everytime I call in, I have to re-explain my issue....ONGOING!
